No communication and very bad service
I have joined the club for a year in holiday inn in Colchester the staff in the reception enrolled us in the scheme they didn’t mention that we need to send an email one month before the year finishes to cancel our membership. Now after 3 months of cancellation I received an email from the debit collection to pay £92 one month fee +admin. Very bad communication and very bad service

I joined Holiday Inn Leeds Brighouse…Beware!
I joined Holiday Inn Leeds Brighouse youfit club.
I was advised by the supervisor to take out a 3 month contract. He never verbally mentioned that after the 3 months I would still be on a rolling monthly direct debit contract.
I personally think this is a very devious,underhand way of doing business, but then they obviously don't care as long as they can keep tricking / conning people into joining and not explaining the full facts of the membership payment face to face.

I've been coming to this gym for a couple of years and I believe it's a great value. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and prompt. Recently, I took advantage of a special on Personal Training and have had an excellent experience. The PT (Nick) is highly knowledgeable and is a great listener that will help you reach your goals, whatever they are.
Very inexpensive, convenient and uncrowded, I highly recommend this place if you are trying to get fit.

I like the gyms
I like the gyms , I have a lime card so go to two of the gyms due to different machines since I only use machines .
I go work out and leave .
Some seem to be looking for ridiculous things from gyms . I just go to work out 3x a week and that is it .
I am not interested in anything else but work out type machines .

Chester
Chester - Direct debit payment increased without full notification following a reduction during COVID. Unable to obtain a refund despite being a member for over 20 years and putting up with unclean changing rooms and toilets, classes constantly cancelled, equipment and chnaging rooms out of order. Management and complaints process are a joke.
