I used their IG followers service, I purchased 1 million followers, after few weeks, Instagram flagged 999900 of the followers. They kept removing them till the account lost 800500 and still losing followers on a daily basis, they refused to do anything about it. DO NOT use them, you are wasting your money on garbage. None of the followers are real, they use all fake accounts and IG will remove them all.

Bought small batch as a test purchase before placing a bigger order. Inbox spammed, money taken, it’s been 4 weeks now and nothing has been delivered. Avoid, this website is a fraud!

The company is a scam and the worst to deal with

I’ve actually been a customer/client of Youviral for several years. They are and have been consistent over that time — The service is especially helpful for YouTube because it can help you get your account towards that monetary marker. They actually answer right away on WhatsApp whenever I have reached out with any customer service concerns. Don’t be put off by the obscurity IT TOTALLY WORKS. I will say just as a side point, Apple Pay tends to work best for the service, sometimes banks will deny the charge just because the server messages but OTHERWISE it’s secure and easy to use ! -CMedia Fashion

This company is a scam.. I paid for 50 subscribers and when you email them they basically say we will get back to you. This company is a scam don't spend your money on them or you will lose your money.

Don’t buy any kind of likes or followers from germans. You will get random cheapest Indian likes and followers.

For likes is the best page service but for followers I pay 110€ and still don’t receive nothing after 3 weeks

Do not shop here they are thieves and Liars!!!

Your purchases are disappearing. I contacted the customer department, of course they deny everything, but the numbers don't lie. Scammers. I do not recommend.

I read the good reviews and thought I'd purchase some followers. They were delivered quickly, but within a week they were ALL gone and I received warnings from Instagram. I emailed them and they just gave me excuse after excuse and they finally stopped replying to me. Please don't use this service, you'll waste your money. Order #87119.

I purchased 2,000 followers and within a few days 1200 disappeared and after a few weeks another 400 disappeared. I've been emailing customer support back and forth for a month. Every time they say it will be refilled within 2-3 days, the servers are slow, etc. Nothing. They didn't even bother to reply to my last email. I'll be switching to a more reliable website.

Pretty cool service you provide. The ONLY thing I don’t like is how after I got my followers, I loss like 300+ of the followers shortly after.

Update: order placed 8 days ago. Email response came Jun 10. Then, nothing. I got a promo email from them though haha. So I forwarded it to their support since there is a team that knows how to get back to their customers somewhere. Ghosting isn't really appropriate when you're a business. Updated to 1 star.
Update #2: so I noticed the email in the replies to bad reviews was different than the contact email in the order. Figuring it was worth a shot, I went ahead forwarded the chain of emails to it. This chain showed that I emailed asking what's going on with my order, the reply it was delayed, and then the multiple emails I sent back asking what was going on. The reply I got SHOCKED me. I will copy and paste, since I can't post screenshots with this review.
"We will refund you the full $5 in exchange for a 5-star Trustpilot review. Thanks!!"
Now, I gave them the benefit of the doubt in my reply, "I do want to clarify that you are only granting me my refund if I change my review?"
To which I was told, "Yes, We would really appreciate that review change, are you willing to do that?"
I was dumbfounded. They are threatening to hold my money hostage because of my review. Guess what? IM KEEPING IT. And I would encourage anyone else to do so as well. You can contact your bank to perform a charge back due to no receipt of goods or services under regulation E if you are based in the US. Call your bank, do not bother with this company, and leave as many HONEST reviews as you can.

Terrible I would give 0 stars if I could I never received the full 1,000 followers then the followers I did get got pulled I tried to contact them about it but they ignored my emails and aren’t helping me with this issue.
