Also, when a customer of one of the companies has a problem, we always help them from the support email if we can.
Also, the phone numbers of the purchase websites, as well as the support emails of the companies are visible, and if it doesn't appear on a product, it may be due to a human or technical error. (It happens sometimes)
That said, if you have problems with a product, the logical thing is that you give a bad rating to whoever sold it to you, not to us.
But anyway, I still hope that your problem is solved.
