A shaky start but a happy ending
I ordered a suit for my son's prom and I'll be honest, I was nervous. The online ordering process had a few snags - after payment, an error message advising I go back a step and try again. I did 4 times and still an error. Anyway, I checked my bank the next day and sure enough I had been charged 4 times but still no confirmation that an order had gone through. Then I read the customer service reviews and my nervousness trebled. However, I cannot praise Youngs enough (or ACS Clothing Services who deal with the customer service side of things). They were brilliant - confirmed the order, issued the refunds and assured me the suit would be with me in 2 days...and it was, and it is lovely. Absolutely superb and really turned my opinion on its head from what had been a shaky start.
