I had such a great experience working with Sandy for a social media marketing collaboration!! She made the process of working with the brand so easy, smooth, and enjoyable. She was prompt and clear with her communication, so kind, and professional. I hope to work with her again in the future!

Yws ran pricing tests for us on Tiktok shop $39 vs $49 vs 59$. The $49 price point coverted 3x better. That insight alone paid for their retainer. Then they scaled it and we hit $340K in 60 days!

Stay well away
We worked with Young With Solutions from April 2025 - September 2025. It was the worst business decision we ever made.

Over $27,000 spent and $363 in sales. Yes - those really are the figures(!)

YWS have great salespeople. They will promise you a lot, have fancy presentations and make you think that getting over $50k in sales per month is easy. They are brilliant at marketing themselves.

YWS’s execution is an absolute joke. Multiple deadlines were missed and their accountability is zero.

The only positive in all this mess was our account manager. He was the only person who seemed to care about our business.

Unless you enjoy being mugged off and spending tens of thousands of dollars without seeing results, I would stay well away from YWS.

***Update 19th November 2025***
On 3rd November 2025, YWS took $1650 from our company bank account without permission. I was not invoiced for this amount. It was taken with immediate effect. Subsequently I learned that this was to pay a Creator YWS forgot to invoice me for. I asked for the money to be refunded and to be invoiced in the correct way. YWS's CEO agreed to this on the CONDITION THAT I REMOVE MY REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT. I refused. I owed them the money and leaving my review up for future partners to see is important to me, so other companies do not get scammed. Don't trust these guys. Read all the 1* reviews on Trustpilot and you can see a pattern of lack of accountability and incompetency.

We would not recommend YWS to anyone under any circumstances

We worked with Young With Solutions (YWS) from April 2025 to September 2025, and the experience was a complete disaster. We paid nearly $30,000 and saw under $500 in sales. For the amount they charged, the results were utterly unacceptable.

Throughout the entire engagement, there was little accountability, poor communication, and a constant pattern of overpromising and underdelivering. Nothing they did came close to justifying the cost, and we walked away feeling completely let down.

When we tried to warn others by posting our honest reviews, YWS repeatedly and aggressively challenged our reviews.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend YWS to anyone under any circumstances.

£20,000 Lost, Four Months Wasted — And Only 2 Sales. Misleading Claims and Zero Accountability.
Working with YWS (Young With Solutions) has been one of the most disappointing experiences we have had as a company.
We were promised 5–6 figure monthly returns, told that YWS had worked successfully with supplement brands
like ours, and reassured repeatedly that their TikTok strategy would deliver strong, scalable results.
Based on these claims, we paid £20,000 up front for four months of their service.
The reality was the complete opposite.

1. Shockingly Poor Results
After four months, despite all their promises and “exceptional metrics,” we had a total of 2 sales.
Not 2 per week — 2 in four months.

2. Initial Content Was Completely Unusable
The first batch of TikTok posts they produced looked unprofessional and rushed:
• Speaking impossibly fast to understanf properly
• Flashing white text on the screen so quickly it couldn’t be read
• Audio unclear and extremely rushed
When we raised concerns, we were told “this is how TikTok works.”
Several weeks later, they changed to a completely different style — which confirmed our original feedback
was correct and ignored.

3. Misleading Claims About TikTok “Partner” Status
We were told YWS had TikTok partner status.
But when issues arose and we asked them to escalate with TikTok, they suddenly admitted they were no longer
partners because TikTok “wasn’t giving good service.”
The story changed depending on who we spoke to.

4. Weekly Meetings Full of Reassurances, But No Action
Every weekly meeting repeated the same message:
“Everything looks great — amazing metrics — things are about to scale.”
But nothing ever improved.
The issues we raised week after week were never resolved.

5. Promises Follow-Ups That Never Happen
Top representative we spoke to directly sounded confident and reassuring on the phone.
He promised follow-up calls, next steps, and improvements.
Not a single one of those follow-ups ever happened — for us or for colleagues who also contacted him.
The pattern was the same every time:
Polished talk, reassuring words, and then complete silence.

6. YWS Claim Not to Know Clients Who Leave Negative Reviews
Several colleagues posted reviews describing their experience.
YWS replied saying they'd “never heard of them” — despite those colleagues being directly
involved with our account.
Looking through other 1-star reviews, YWS use the same identical response for many others:
“No record of this client, likely a fake or competitor review.”
This seems to be their standard tactic to avoid accountability.

7. No Evidence They Know How to Drive Sales on TikTok
Based on our experience, they:
• Didn’t understand how to resolve even basic seller support issues
• Didn’t know how to optimise titles, descriptions, or listings
• Provided almost no strategic or technical expertise
• Delivered creators, but no clear conversion strategy
• Had no clear explanations for the lack of sales
After four months, the only consistent output was excuses and deflection.

Conclusion: Proceed With Extreme Caution
In our opinion, based on what we experienced firsthand, YWS overpromise, underdeliver, and
avoid accountability when results fail to materialise.
We invested £20k, four months of time, and significant trust.
We received 2 sales.
This is not a serious or competent TikTok growth partner.
Companies considering working with YWS should be extremely careful before handing over any money.

I really appreciated the communication and opportunity for a collab when it was reached out to me. They always communicated to me and answered any questions I needed. Only thing was it was a very lengthy process.

Im a content creator. Got unsolicited email from YWS about how they connect brands with creators. I scheduled a call which end up being a sales call for their program which offers tools to creators to grow as creators.
Nothing in first 2 emails has been said about selling of a program , this is a total scam that companies do to get people pay for courses. Just shady business and I don’t recommend this company.

Sandy is a great and quick communicator and was a pleasure to work with.

The YWS sales person gave us big promises and we didn't quite get the outcome we were sold (tons of message testing, channel growth and tiktok shop sales) BUT the account person assigned to our brand who actually did the work with us was super knowledgeable about the channel and did what he could to help us grow. In my opinion, it was worth the money we spent for the 100s of pieces of content and his ongoing consultation alone, but it was more of a learning experience than anything else.

I have had a pleasure to work with Sandy. Not only was she super responsive, but she truly made me feel heard/seen in the process of our collab. I have worked with tons of brands/people in the past and she was a pleasure
