Very good customer service

Very good customer service, first they gave me Latvia in stead of Netherlands ISP. After telling them they changed it in like 10 seconds. It works perfect and browsers dont see it as a proxy, but as residential. Other providers i tested (mayby 10) all had weak ISP's. Thanks!!!

Youproxy IPv6 experience

My review of Youproxy's IPv6 proxies

TLDR: They make promises they can't fufill. If you're expecting to be able to send as many requests as their ToS allows you, you won't be able to, they will complain and their proxies will break. Their support is incompetent and often rude. It is unfortunate that their support is incompetent and they refuse to improve their services as they would otherwise be a good service.

The IPv6 Proxies:

They are kind of cheap but they can't handle high load.
They say you're allowed to send 5 requests every second to each proxy IP (5 requests per second, per proxy) but they complain even when you send less than 1 request per second to each proxy. I had 9000 proxies and I was sending about 5000 requests per second which would be 0.55 requests per second to each proxy. They were not able to handle this, and they complained to me, saying I'm sending too many requests and breaking their ToS and even threatening to take action against me. Keep in mind that I was sending more than 5 times less requests than I should be allowed to by their own rules.
If you are in need of proxies that can handle high load (thousands of requests per second), these proxies are not for you.
In my case I was sending about 5000 requests per second and their proxies often handle it well but then something just breaks and 25%-75% of my requests start failing.
They say that the reason their proxies are not able to handle this many requests is because their hosts are receiving a lot of requests. For example, when I was sending 5000 requests per second, I was allocated 9000 proxies from 5 different hosts. That would mean each host was receiving 1800 requests per second, they're not able to handle this. I suggested they should get more hosts or to upgrade their hosts but they wouldn't.
They ratelimited and blocked my proxy access 2 times and I haven't passed their limit of 5 requests per second per proxy either time.

Support:

Embarassing. They don't take you seriously and don't think you know what you're talking about even though they don't even know anything about proxies in general. They use some "proxy checker" tool to check whether my proxies are working when I tell them they aren't and they try to convince me they are working. I show them a screenshot of me sending requests with CURL and how they're failing 9/10 of the time and then I show a single successful request with the same exact CURL arguments, proving that my authorization was setup properly and the request was properly formed (Yes they told me that I am not sending proper authorization even though I was) and they would still be in denial. I would tell them how I had no errors when testing the same exact operations with other proxies and only do with theirs, but they still try to convince me that there's no issue with their proxies. Their support doesn't have the proper tools for managing user proxies, they say that to give me proxies from all different US states it would take them 2 hours of work or more, something I would be able to do myself easily by modifying my subscription with Webshare for example.
They have a copy-paste that they use in situations that don't even apply: "We are not programmers unfortunately, we do not have special knowledge about writing code using the specified programming language, our site does not guarantee the performance of proxies in programs that were developed by you personally or by third parties, since the code may contain various errors"
You would think I showed them some code or something but no, they ASKED me what program I use to make the requests and i told them i used CURL for the tests and they replied to me with this copy-paste. Very annoying.
They use a translator to communicate and this probably caused misunderstandings many times and wasted a lot of time, they don't know English.
I asked them a few times to speak to someone in their technical department so that I can speak to someone who actually knows what they're doing but they wouldn't allow me.
They ask me the same question multiple times such as which website I'm sending the requests to and how many requests I'm sending even though this is something they should have a graph of when they talk to me. I have to answer this question multiple times during one support session. I wouldn't mind explaining it once every session although I shouldn't need to since I talk to them on Telegram and they have our chat history.
Even their ToS has poor english, they told me that I broke a rule that uses the term "devastating or aggressive codes"... this is not a real term and again, doesn't apply to me since all I was doing was sending requests under the limit they allowed.

Edit: I'm currently sitting on delivered in my chat with them on Telegram. Instead of emailing me due to the negative review, you should go through your tickets

Every time i purchase a proxy its something like this 'Fraud Score 84 - High Risk'. Don't bother asking for a replacement because they will do anything just to not give you one. NOT WORTH BUYING FROM THEM!!!!

Very good quality Ipv4&Mobile 4G LTE proxies

I bought a pack of 20 IPv4 proxies here quite a while ago. All of them performed well, I specifically asked for different subnets in advance, and the operators kindly agreed, which was done.
None of my accounts got blocked, an amazing result, as before I bought more expensive proxies from competitors and more than half of my accounts got banned.

Just recently I bought mobile proxies from here as well. They are more expensive and can offer more features. They work great, no complaints

Hello!
Thank you for leaving feedback about us on Trustpilot!

We have read your feedback and would like to clarify a few things:

- We have warned you that IPv6 proxies work with a limited number of services and have listed them.
- We also informed you that if the service you need is not in this list, you need to order IPv4 proxy.
- We have not received any requests from you for proxy replacement
- IPv6 proxies have a different port for each address, making each proxy unique.

Also Torrent was mentioned in the chat, although in the purpose of use you specified YouTube.
Please clarify where exactly you used proxy, as YouTube will work using IPv6 proxy, but Torrent will not (and we have Torrent as a prohibited target, read more: https://youproxy.io/en/conditions/).

HQ and cheap 4G LTE proxies

I bought mobile proxies from this service for a test. I took American 4G LTE proxies with AT&T and T-Mobile operators

results of testing: the speed is really high, time rotation as stated, traffic is unlimited

Proxies work well

Next time I want to take a pack of IPv4 proxies, I will try and write another review.

Best Private Proxies for low Price

The proxies of this service are mostly of good quality, VERY FAST and very good price. You don't find anywhere such good private proxies for such price. The support is also 24h online and always ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this proxy provider.

Good service

Good service, found purely by accident. Gave a promo code for the first purchase, from $ 100. The first impression of the quality of the proxy is good, the only thing that failed was the response speed of the online consultant, I think there is a place to work. Let's see what happens next ...

I have been using the service for about 2-3 months, like everyone else, they periodically have moments but are corrected on the fly. In general, the product is excellent, the support has very cool support. I definitely recommend
