Booked a video consultation with YourChemist.com on Monday 15th at 18:30 for the Mounjaro injection. Paid £149 upfront. At 18:27 I received a worthless, one-line email saying “Healthcare would contact me.” No link, no phone number, no instructions. The appointment never happened.
From there, it only got worse:
Impossible to reach anyone — offices closed, customer support silent.
Emailed immediately, waited 6 days with ZERO response.
Finally got through the next day and was told video calls “weren’t working” and I’d be contacted within 2 days. That never happened.
Chased again and was told my money had been refunded — but I’d have to wait up to 10 working days to see it.
This company is a disgrace. They:
Take money instantly.
Deliver nothing.
Ignore patients.
Hide behind excuses.
For a business advertising healthcare services, this is not just bad service — it is gross negligence and borderline fraud. Patients rely on timely treatment, and YourChemist.com has shown it cannot be trusted.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
