I took advantage of the store offer to…

I took advantage of the store offer to purchase a new Google Pixel Tablet with a trade in of old Apple iPad tablet. They offered me $399 which was the same price as the Pixel Tablet. I got an email from Google to where I needed to send my iPad which I boxed up securely and sent. Tracking the shipment showed they received it.

Unfortunately, they lost my iPad. Trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare and unsolveable. Talking to Google support is terrible because they never know what you are talking about.

I decided to send my Pixel Tablet back and get a refund because I didn't want to have to pay full price for the Pixle Table since they lost my trade in was valued by Google at $399. So returned it successfully but now I have no tablet and no way for Google to even act like they care about losing my tablet at their trade in center. I will definitely rethink about moving all my Apple devices to Android especially through Google.
