I had a mixed experience with youralmaari. While their customer service was helpful in processing refunds, the products didn’t meet expectations. One item had poor quality and inaccurate sizing, another looked cheap compared to the advertised image, and stock availability was misrepresented online. Improvements are needed, but at least refunds are handled well.

Ordered for the 1st time, very disappointed with the items received (ordered peshawari sandals: very poor quality, didn't fit as was at least 2 sizes too small & seemed like the company used the images/ design from another retailer but then did a very poor job at making them) so I had to return them.

Only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because Customer Service were very helpful and agreed to a refund (including return postal charges).

Great service , excellent posted out next day delivery an also called to let me know product is out of stock an alternative options

My order was not delivered for the past 20 days.no response for the mail or calls.kindly respond...

I ordered an item which should have been delivered within 2 days, I got a personal call from them who verified a delay and offered to post out first class next day, sadly the item didn’t arrive in time however I will order again in future as they were very apologetic , offered me a discount on my next item and a full refund on existing .

I also ordered another outfit for casual wear and was perfect for winter and coming months . Very pleased with item exactly as website described.

Sometimes genuine mistakes happen and when the company acknowledges this and offers alternatives this is what brings customers bak.
Refund was also processed as soon as they received the return which was brilliant in comparison to house of faiza who are a joke!
I’m still awaiting a refund of £200 for an outfit that was ordered months ago and didn’t even arrive!

Ordered some gold Khussey to wear whilst dancing at a mendhi. I paid extra for next day delivery but assumed due to covid there would still be a bit of a delay. A couple of days later someone from Your Almari rang me to inform me that there was a delay in my delivery due to a technical error. She was very polite, apologetic and refunded me my next day delivery fee. I received my shoes the very next day and they are just as described and expected. All in all i am a very happy customer and look forward to revisiting your online store!

Garment arrived very quickly and good quality with nice little touches. Not exactly the colour it looked on line, but it's still nice.

Quality of the dress was not worth the price

The dress was beautiful - such good quality and looked exactly like it did in the pictures - did not disaapoint. Usually I am a bit wary of ordering dresses online without seeing but the quality was just as described and I would definietly order from them again. I did have a query regarding delivery times however the communication was fast and the lady helping me (sorry - I never did catch your name) was really helpful and went out of her way. I would definietly recommend!
