Disappointed

Ordered some caps from here, they were ok not great but not awful, ordered 50 and ended up with 200, however only 48 of those were actually good enough to use but still not the quality I was expecting. I emailed the company about it had no reply, emailed a further 3 times since and still have had no reply, only generic emails asking me to leave a review. Eventually I did, and it was much the same as this, however it has not been posted on their page, so it seems they only post the positive reviews they get. Quite disappointing overall and I won't use them again.
