Prompt response to questions; easy to read report with very helpful annexure photos to support the findings

Unhappy with the service. When the booking was made to inspect a house that I was proposing to buy, I was sent an email stating clearly that if I had questions regarding the inspection I could contact the Inspector, John McDonald on his phone. However, John did not answer my call and asked me to email questions to him as he was busy. Why mention in the email that I could contact him and speak to him if he could not answer my call or talk to me?

We booked John's services for pre-purchase property building and pest inspections. We are very satisfied with the process and the report!

John was prompt in his responses, communicated with the agent for the time to access the property and provided detailed report with plenty of details and images for every aspect. We asked for a special attention for a particular detail and John provided his opinion backed by images.

The building inspection and termite report for a 200sqm residential property was completed in under 40 minutes. However, the report's quality was compromised by poor photos that made it difficult to identify the issues the inspector was highlighting.
After residing in the property for 10 months, it is evident that several critical issues were overlooked, while insignificant ones were prioritized in the report. It is difficult to comprehend how an inspector could complete a 3x2 property size report in such a rush and charge $600.
I am absolutely dissatisfied with the report's quality and accuracy, given the property's actual condition.
If the report had been more precise, I could have negotiated a better purchase price or potentially decided against buying the property altogether.

Thank you to the staff, right from the first phone call talking to Kimberley to the prompt, detailed report. Had a friendly, informative phone discussion with Building Inspector Christopher, he took time to explain several points highlighted in the report, cannot recommend this business more.
We do not live in Maroochydore and heavily rely on the building inspection as to buy a suitable home.

Christopher attended promptly and completed the building and pest inspection at a property I had a contract on. Christopher identified an issue and provided me with a report. I contacted Christopher as I was worried with the defect he found at the property. Christopher suggested I could negotiate a reduction in agreed price. After speaking with Christopher I had a better understanding of the defect and I was able to negotiate a $5000 reduction.
