Ordered 2 BuzzBGones in early June

Ordered 2 BuzzBGones in early June. Order confirmed and credit card charged on June 16. Have sent 4 emails and received "canned" responses. The tracking number is FICTITIOUS. Notified my credit card company and filed a "dispute". Also, notified Federal Trade Commission. BuzzBGone has committed 3 Federal trade breaches of ethics.

I ordered on 6/20/22, SCAM

I ordered on 6/20/22, still nothing except a tracking number that has yet to make it to the post office. I sent an email and got an automated response telling me how busy they are and will get to me asap…. By the look of this thread, not likely. I started a case with Paypal to get my refund, next step will be the better business bureau, this company is a scam.

I as well as so many others ordered 2 products from BuzzBGone on July 3rd, 2022 and still haven’t received anything. When I emailed the customer service they just replied with a tracking number that expired. I want my money back and will purchase from a different company. This company is a SCAM! NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

This company has the most absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. They refuse to help their customers, they refuse to solve any issues, and they repeatedly ignore my requests for a refund. They were quick to take my money and have yet to even receive the product. It was ordered June 6, USPS waiting on item June 16 and that's it. Nothing further period. All you get are automated emails they are a sad pitiful excuse of a business they take your money then your done no product, no help, nothing you people should be ashamed

Ma'am I've given my order number every email I have sent, I've lost count.

I ordered my BuzzBGone on July 2 and… update

I ordered my BuzzBGone on July 2 and have not heard a thing. When you go to thier "suppot site" support kainero com and search BuzzB Gone, it doesnt even show up as a product they sell. Total scam as far as I know.

After posting this review I was contacted through Trustpilot by a person named Keesha who has responded to others on the Trustpilot site. She asked me to provide an order number. I never received an order number. All I got was a text message saying “ welcome to the Buzzbgone Zap G1.1 Family”. Why would you respond through Trustpilot if they have my email address?

I Placed an order 05/31/2022 the money…

I Placed an order 05/31/2022 the money was immediately removed from my account! I have not received the 2 items purchased. They said it was delivered 06/22/2022. IT WAS NOT!!!!!!!! Then after I questioned them and notified them of the items which was not delivered they felt my neighbor could have picked it up!!!!!WHAT. I want my money returned or deliver my items ASAP! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I have not recieved my order either but…

I have not recieved my order either but I am now wondering if this is coming from China. Only because I am having the same exact problem with another product as well from a different company. So anyone have any ideas what we can do??

Ordered in April. May 25th received email stating shipped. I assume it is somewhere on a boat from China because I have not received any tracking updates as of June 29th. Still says DHL awaiting item.

SCAM! negative 5 stars!

i’d give them a negative # if i could.
starts off good, giving you your order info, looking and sounding legit and tells you you’ll get an email with tracking info.-
(a tracking number that gets you nowhere!)
i followed up sending over 10 emails, eventually they started saying they would close the matter if i was satisfied with the results of our conversations.
are you kidding me???
i never got the zappers or my $ back!!! (which i eventually did ask for- instead of sending me the zappers).
they kept sending me that same stupid email about closing my account since i was satisfied.
i asked them ‘what part of
“i am not at all satisfied” do you not understand ?’ never heard back from them.
went to my bank and filled a didpute to get my $ back.

Do NOT order from this company- very unprofessional, should NOT be in business.
I would definitely say IT IS A SCAM !

Don't buy

Don't buy. It is a scam. They take you money and never send the product. They will give excuses the everything from short stuff to Global Supply Chain due to the pandemic. If you don't have the product then you send be taking orders.

Timeline:
Ordered the bug zappers on April 14th.

On April 22nd I received an email advising me there be a slight delay and getting my product and I will receive a separate email with the tracking number.

On May 20th I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money.

I advise I just like to cancel my order and get my money refunded but I ordered over a month ago and still have not received it.

On Saturday, May 28th I received a message asking me how it rates its services.

I selected bad I'm not satisfied and also advise them that I would like to get my service order canceled as well as refunded my money.

I reply on the 29th advising that I'd like to have a refund I want my money back I have not received the product and I was going to put a dispute in with my credit card company.

I reached out to them via Facebook on may 30 hoping to get better results. They replied to me on June 1st telling me that I have been shipped and gave me a DHL shipping tracking of gm2251162201214724** The link did not initially work. The strange thing it comes up to looks like a DHL however they say at the bottom of the copyright of 2021. Makes you even more suspicious of their intentions.

I reach out to them again via Facebook saying that they had not shipped the product and that the DHL site showed that all they've done is created the label on May 27th and here it was Tuesday, June 7th and they had not shipped out the product.

On June 3 I replied saying via email it's taking them longer than expected to review the case we're working on it and we'll get in touch shortly.

He replied to me via Facebook again on June 8th advising that upon checking my order it had been shipped and they gave me a new tracking number the tracking number this time was for United States Postal Service. Again upon looking at the tracking number for the United Postal Service it shows all they do is create the label on June 6th at 3:28 a.m. it has not been shipped it out at all.

Again here is June 14. Both tracking numbers just so the label created not.

I feel like just doing nothing delaying tactic to try and keep your money so you either give up or forget about it.

Any actual reputable company would apologize and refund your money and not keep giving you false information.

If the company cannot ship out of product within a month they should not be taking orders. This is why I feel this is a scam it's just a way to get people's money and just keep them dangling telling them that's shipping their products when they're not. If you go out to several different websites you will see that I am not the only one who's been a victim of this company they have not received their products for months and all we keep getting is messages saying that due to covid do the pandemic

They asking for your order info. I just seen as another stalling tactic. I've asked again and again and again I just want my money back just refund my money I don't want your product anymore.

called in to order, was told my credit card was declined, so I told them another card number. that was also told to be canceled. so I hung up. when credit card statement came I was charged on both and never received any product. please check on this. was from May first. the credit card is for Helen Green
