We booked and paid for a Private Desert Safari for 6 adults, clearly confirmed in writing and again at the hotel desk by Mr. Hasnain. The tour was supposed to run from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The pickup was heavily delayed, with multiple conflicting updates. The first vehicle that arrived was not suitable for 6 people, causing further delay. As a result, we reached the desert only around 4:30 PM, losing a large part of the experience, including proper time for the sunset.
Due to the delay, all activities were rushed, with long queues and very limited time. The camp was extremely crowded (hundreds of people), which is completely inconsistent with a “private experience”. The activities ended around 7:45 PM, much earlier than promised.
We tried to make the best of the situation to avoid wasting an entire vacation day, but the service delivered was materially different from what was sold and confirmed. Unfortunately, the agency has not taken responsibility or offered an adequate refund.

These people are complete LIARS and SCAMMERS! They tell you one thing and then because you can't go at this moment, they hope you forget what their salespeople tell you. We got nothing but a run around from these people and had to make numerous calls to get this done. We were supposed to get a "bonus" trip that cost $150. and no other fees. When we went to use it it cost another $60 for registration and then another $107 when we made the reservation. In the confirmation we received it stated there would be at least another $30 per night for agency fees and government taxes. What agency are they referring too? Maybe the CIA??? LOL You can't help but laugh at these people and their scam operation! BE ADVISED WHEN YOU SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU'RE SCREWED AND SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY. We could have booked this vacation on our own and stayed at a better hotel and probably much cheaper than the cost of this ridiculous vacation. This is our last with these people so good riddance!

I have been receiving several calls stating I purchased a travel package ($798) back in June 2022 with another company and they turned it over to 'Your Choice' because the pkg expired!? Your Choice Getaways offered more trips, airfare and then she stated they wanted $299, then at the end of the conversation, it went up to over $650!? I have had NOTHING BUT BAD LUCK WITH LIARS at this company and others and am TIRED of being taken advantage of! They won't send me by email this past purchase, stated the incorrect password I would have set up and wanted my cc info over the phone OF COURSE! ALL SCAMS!!!
