To clarify, the information requested during the company formation and verification process is required to process your application and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a company formation agent. We do not request personal information simply for the purpose of selling it.
In relation to your company formation, your application has already been submitted to Companies House and is awaiting their processing. Companies House processes incorporation applications during its operating hours, Monday to Friday, and applications submitted outside these times, including over a weekend, may therefore take longer to complete.
As soon as Companies House approves the incorporation, your digital company documents will be made available and confirmation will be sent to you.
We appreciate that waiting for an incorporation can be frustrating when you're keen to get your business started, but once an application has been submitted, the final approval timeframe is outside our direct control.
We take your comments regarding our customer service seriously and will review the communication associated with your application. We certainly expect every customer to be treated professionally and respectfully.

Once I read the information properly everything worked just fine. The problem was that Credas does NOT tell them when kyc etc is done and you as the customer have to tell the company who them check with Credas. But once we cot that sorted it all worked perfectly. Thank you
