What a rip off! Supposed to be UK based, shipment came from China. Orthopedic mattress? It felt like it was stuffed with toilet paper! Cover is supposed to be removable for washing but it has no zip. I spent £50 on a bed for my dog and I could have got the same item from Temu for £8.
I emailed them to ask to return the item but no response. AVOID!

Wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering! I ordered a Perfect Fit harness on the Tues, website says same or next day dispatch. I got an email on the Friday requesting more details/measurements of my dog so they can advise on the fit of the harness. So a little late but understandable ask. I replied the same day saying it's a replacement for one that fits him fine. No reply so chased up on the Weds. Feeling a bit fed up by the following Friday, I tried to call them but the number wasn't in service. I emailed them through the contact form and they finally replied to my original email apologising that it had gone into their spam. At this point most companies would offer to refund the delivery charge or some other gesture of goodwill, and I emailed them to say this and question why their number doesn't work. Guess that's sitting in the spam folder too because I never got a reply. Luckily the product I ordered turned up the next day (although the postage cost was less than my delivery charge). I'll order directly from Perfect Fit next time!
Please avoid this lot - ordered an item; no delivery, no communication, impossible to contact them.
