I had zero issues with my order through Yourdoll. Their customer interaction was prompt, their web site is easy to navigate and billing and cost the best I found.

Very bad experience with yourDoll the product was not same as shown the site avoid this.

This head is freaking amazing!!!! I'm still exploring the AI part of the head and found some very interesting things. I am also very perplexed by it's hard limits. But still very fascinated and continuing to explore the limits.
I got it for desirable pleasures, but that has changed to complete curiosity. I am fully enjoying the feature.

Delivery service was okay. The box was a bit squished, but the head was very well protected.

The order was done to incredibly accurate spec. When ordering dolls, understand that the standard seems to be very firm. If you want more manueverable joints, order loose, though you might lose the ability to have the doll hold stance.

This site is amazing, and truly trustworthy!

The website is legitimate. This is the third doll I’ve purchased, and they have always arrived safely at my home. There is always good tracking, and so far I’ve never had any issues. Additionally, the dolls are official products from the brands they sell. I recommend it.

My m16 screw order came in a timely manner. I find it easy to communicate when I screwed up an order.

Not really much else to say really. My experience was excellent.

I made an online order by creating a new account, choosing an in stock item (Top Fire Willa), entering my CC info, and then making the purchase. Everything went perfectly, and my item arrived a few days later. I will definitely consider using YOURDOLL in the future.

well, whenever i had any concerns at all, i messaged, and got a reply within 24 hours (i assume this is due to differing time-zones). i feel like i sort of pestered them , but they always answered as kindly as one could. i never felt judged or unwelcomed. the answered every single question i asked. this is how customer service should be done.

My shopping experience for love dolls was exciting, because yourdoll website had many selection of beautiful dolls.
Price was reasonable and customer service was great. I received my beautiful doll on time. And yes, the doll I purchased looks just like the doll picture on the website.

She looks better in person, the up keep isn't that hard and she's a whole lot of fun

The product was easy to use. Everything u needed is there beside a bucket or a small container for the water. Cleaning took a few mins

As my first purchase with Your Doll I am quite pleased with how everything went. The service on the website was clear and efficient and the notifications kept me updated. The contact with the support service via email was filled with quick replies and kept me well informed. The delivery arrived quicker than expected and in great condition. The boxing for my doll was discreet, thankfully as I do not live alone, however my name was not on the box so it was confusing at first until I opened it. This is more to do with the courier company I imagine rather than Your Doll. All in all I'm very happy with how everything went and would definitely shop again, I already have my eye on other things already 🤣. As for the doll itself it is top tier, I am absolutely in love with her. The quality in craftsmanship is life-like, leading to many pleasurable experiences already, with even more to come! (pardon the pun😂)
