I have not received my item, after paying extra for quick delivery. I have sent to emails inquiring about the whereabouts for my item, but no response.

We thank you for your review. We closed early on Friday and opened today so we were unable to respond to your delivery update. We received approval of the design on Tuesday 21 December at 22:23. This was actioned the following day and sent to the manufacturer, so they would have received the design late Wednesday early Thursday morning. As the order is a customised item the processing period is 3 – 5 working days. As they were closed during the holiday period, they are within their processing timescale. The extra amount paid is for next day delivery after the item has been manufactured. On the 3-5 working day scale the latest the item should be produced is this Friday, but we have asked for an update from the manufacturer.
so the doormat is amazing, love it. You did first forget one face but that was fixed easily. Also the tracking code you guys sent me didn't work, so I had no clue when the mat was going to arrive. I sent it to my parents and not myself so it was a bit annoying that I couldn't track it for my parents. Luckily they just asked for it at the pick up thing, since I ordered stuff from another place in London exactly the same day as faceprints, so they only needed to show their ID. But yeah it was quite the inconvenience to not be able to track my order.
Ordered a round chopping board but this was no longer available, had to go for a teardrop shape otherwise I would have rated 5 stars
I really loved the pictures and the style! However, the medium comes up really small so I would recommend going larger. And because of this, when wearing the image starts to stretch in places which has ruined the top really quickly.
