From delayed closings, canceled closings, last minute rate and term changes, to being charged 3.5 points more than you were originally quoted. After purchasing a total of about a dozen fix and flips ourselves, we started Your Flip Funding to provide the most honest, efficient, and competitive programs out in the market place, and we have been able to succeed.
