Yourglaze 

Cancelled my order and was promised a refund. Been chasing daily for the past week and keep getting false promises of a refund. So glad I decided to stay away and not go ahead with the order but now I'm fighting to get my money back that I keep getting promised. Stay clear. Do not deal with them

Had 4 windows and 1 composite door fitted the fitters were very good the cleaned up afterwards took all the rubbish away very good communication from start to finish good lads to work with i would recommend these lots to everyone

I have ordered from Your Glaze two windows to be replaced in August 2021. They have promised me that after they have taken the measurements it will be 4 weeks till the windows are produced.

After a few weeks of them not coming back to me I have decided to ring them and remind about myself. And all I was getting back were the promises that they will ring me back later on the day. But they never did. That was going on for about 8-10 weeks when they finally sent someone to measure the windows.

After they were measured I was calling them back again and again regarding the installation date. And what I was getting back was just promises to call me back and that the windows are in the factory at the moment and that they would need to ring the factory to find out any information.

And they rang me back once telling it will be produced in a month and that they will let me know when they are. But I didn't get any call back from them in a month, so I had to keep calling them again and again. And every time I heard the same thing over and over again. First they were telling me that they have to ring the factory and ring me back. When I called them next day they said again that it will be produced in a month. And that was going on for months and months.

Once in November I have asked them for money back, but they said that the windows are already produced and no money back can be given. But for some reason in December they still had to ring back the factory to find out if they are.

I have called them about 25 times and about 20 of these times they promised to call me back the same day. They did call me back twice.

I was not updated at any point what is happening with these windows and what caused such a long delay.

After I have put in a negative review they called me and asked to remove it in order to proceed. When I did they promised to call me back next Monday and inform about the progress. However when they called back I could not talk and we rescheduled the call to the next day (that happened in February). I am still waiting for that call from them

This company looks like a scam a lot and should be avoided.

PS. I do not have the wrong company as it is claimed by the owner below as the website of the company for the TrustPilot profile is matching the website of the company I am talking about above.

As yourglaze don’t have any manufacturing of their own, they buy windows from our firm and as they were buying frames the invoices raised are not paid till date for the goods which yourglaze are facing court claims. They have also purchased from other manufacturers in Bradford and owe them a lot of money aswell. Beware of this firm as they’re fraudsters

Bought a bifold door and 3 windows. Absolutely happy with the level of service! Communication was great throughout and very punctual. Been recommended to this company and would recommend to all aswell.

Just ordered 7 windows and 2 doors. They were on time and professional, seemed really polite. Products are really good, had them in for couple of months now. Would definitely recommend to all.
