Our 3rd time booking our outing with your golf travel. Booking the venue and pricing was seamless. I judge every service on how they sort out issues. Our other trips had some changes and cancellations etc that were handled professionally and quickly. James is always available to sort out anything. This years trip went PERFECTLY. I can’t praise James and your golf travel enough. They’ve made my job as organiser so much easier. Roll on 2027. Highly recommended!!!

Misleading quote
Given a quote that was valid for 48 hours with an email saying best price guaranteed for an overnight trip for 8 golfers,I went back the following day to confirm and pay and was told it had gone up by £10 per single room. What’s the point of a 48 hour valid quote ?

Thank you for sharing your recent booking experience with us and please accept my apologies for your disappointment on this occasion.
By way of explanation, we hold all quotes in a queue for 48hrs, after which time they will expire, however, this does not mean the price is guaranteed as we cannot confirm any bookings for you until the deposit has been received. Unfortunately, on this occasion, when you made your payment and we re-checked with the venue, the cheaper room types were no longer available.
I sincerely apologise if there was any misunderstanding in the wording provided on the quote as it certainly wasn't intentional to cause any disappointment. We always guarantee the best price available at the time the booking is confirmed and on this occasion this unfortunately meant a small increase of £10pp.
I would like to wish you an enjoyable trip in October and I apologise once again for your disappointment on this occasion.
If we can be of any assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.
