We were looking to go to Egypt for a family holiday. I was a little apprehensive about it all as it was the first time flying with my son who is disabled.
Lewis was amazing. He helped us find the right holiday at a good price. He then sorted out everything we needed to travel with my son and his extra needs. From booking airport assistance to extra medical equipment baggage. It was so straight forward and easy at the airports. Lewis was always very prompt in replying to any messages and questions I had. The whole holiday was amazing, great value and so good to have the back up of ‘Your Great Adventure’
I would definitely recommend booking with ‘Your Great Adveture’ and I can’t wait to book again.

From our initial enquiry through to us returning home, Lewis was exceptional. We wanted a special family holiday and he patiently helped us explore a few ideas before deciding to pursue one in particular. We almost had everything in place before an unexpected event meant we had to put our planning on hold. Several months later, we decided to try again and Lewis helped create an incredible itinerary within a relatively short timeframe (just 7 weeks before departure), adapting and adjusting for all the curveballs we inadvertently threw. The pre-trip information and documentation was clear and sent through in good time, and the local tour agents used were of equal quality and exceptional service. Any queries were answered promptly. Lewis really helped bring a dream holiday to a reality, listening to what we were after, understanding our budget and delivering. No pressure, no upselling. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Our second trip we’ve booked with Your Great Adventures and both trips have been amazing! We’ve just returned from USA on a music tour of New Orleans, Memphis & Nashville and what a trip it was. We've been using Lewis for our family holidays for a few years now, and won't go anywhere else. We give Lewis a budget and an idea of what we would like to include, then Lewis takes control and does the heavy lifting. He tells us about the various deals available, and what works out best value for money. He even chucks in a 'wild card' option that may not fit the brief, but always offers great value for money, which we have in the past gone with. Lewis and his team never disappoint, service is great too and is always at the end of the phone if needed to answer our questions.
I highly recommend this service and have recommended friends and family too. Thank you Lewis for all your help.

My wife & I have just returned from a romantic get away to Florence which Lewis & Jill arranged for us saving us the task of searching for flights, hotels, transfers, location etc. After establishing what our priorities were, they provided us with 3 options that factored in all the things we required - All we had to do was choose and arrange our Florence experience. Few years ago our Rector recommended us to book holidays from his friend Lewis (Your Great Adventure), he tailored-made our holiday & it was so great that we never went with any other company since then….he has arranged every of our holidays & each time fully fulfilled our every expectation!! Recently we wanted to go to Antigua to celebrate my 70th birthday & just told him my wish. He organised it with perfection! The hotel is brilliant & we were so welcome by the staff. On my birthday they reserved a special ocean view table with special decorations. We were served like the Royals…..as we are getting older, me & my wife would like to go on a stress free holiday without having to arrange anything ourselves. Lewis & his wife Jill did all the administration work & prepared all paperworks & 2 weeks before departure they sent us a complete package & all we need to do is pack our luggage & go on the day! I highly recommend Lewis & his wife Jill (Your Great Adventure) to anyone who wishes to have a stress free holiday!!! Also it’s definitely value for money!!

Emailed them about 4 weeks before going, they found the perfect holiday and all the information was superb and the process was so easy. Information whilst on holiday came through taking away any worries. Will definitely use again as there was nothing to fault. The whole team was professional and friendly.

Me and my wife were recommended Lewis by a friend to help book our honeymoon, and he did not disappoint. We just told him the kind of honeymoon we wanted and he did all the hard work giving us different options and loads of advice. Lewis and Jill were absolutely excellent from the very start, they organised the whole trip to Australia from flights to hotels and all the sightseeing trips.Great to have someone to call on when the airlines were a little difficult to check into.

We have just returned from a 7 day cruise on the Canary Islands. Lewis and Jill were great in organising the trip for us. I have developed mobility problems and Lewis was able to organise the airport support which was a great help. The book on the Canary Islands that Lewis sent us was a lovely touch in preparing us for what to expect. A great travel agent. Will definitely use again.

We've just come back from a 5 night stay in New York. It was fabulous, the perfect central spot for all we wanted to see and do.
Coming out we had a hiccup with hubby's date of birth somewhere in the chain as it meant we couldn't do online check-in. However, Lewis was on the case and was dealing with it behind the scenes for our return home. Couldn't ask for a more professional and personal service.
Will definitely be booking our next break away with Your Great Adventures- highly recommended.
