The sales pitch is 10/10, the service on the other hand is rubbish, I was told satisfaction or my money back, but just with the trial code the series I want to watch don't work... How do you expect me to commit to buying? Honestly, I'm not a competitor, just a user, and I'm very happy not to have bought at this price, a pure scam…

Easy set up and great value. Most importantly, support is first class with questions and issues dealt with quickly.

The people I've dealt with to set up my tv have been absolutely top notch, and very nice people. Our first subscription ran out, but didn't hesitate in resubscribing, and will continue to recommend this service.

This is my second year using this service and cannot complain. Very smooth renewal with excellent customer service.

Amazing experience never lags , had a problem once where it stopped working they were on it to sort it and fix it as soon as possible !

Generally a very good service, we get occasional buffering and sometimes live TV freezes, but a quick channel change and back usually sorts that. Some programs don't have English subtitles or audio which can be frustrating. Overall for the price you can't go wrong

Very good service and helpful when problems occur

We've had Your-IPTV for about two weeks now and it's awful constantly buffering or just 'freezing' especiall when watching live sports.
We have tried contacting their support by email and whats app and have had no response.
Can't understand why it's getting good reviews - its just awful - truely awful

Easy initial setup and a great range of channels. Had a technical issue that was resolved in a matter of minutes!

Would like it if there were more Anime added to Series, and maybe an adult section 🤣

Good service so far. Little bit of lag now and again but the customer support is outstanding.

EDIT: the service is constantly freezing now, spend more time talking to support on WhatsApp. Currently service is down and no response from support yet

Excellent service. Had this IPTV service for about 3 months. Everything great and when there are any problems there is a WhatsApp number and everything gets sorted really quickly. I’m not great with tech stuff so it’s great that they help out whenever I have any problems.
