Absolutely disgusted

I am absolutely dumb founded at the response I got from the owner of this online clothing store. I have been buying clothes regularly, on a monthly basis from this website/Facebook page. They do live shows on a Sunday and other days of the week. So over around 8-9 months I have been buying from them I have spent quite a lot of money. So on a live show if you like an item of clothing you request it by commenting on the name of the item to say you would like to buy it. If your successful your message is liked, you pay for your item by bank transfer and the item is posted to you at a cost. Obviously you are buying online and can not know if it fits or if you like the material until you receive the item in the post. Around 3-4 items had been returned over this 8-9 month period and was asked if I wanted a refund or a credit note. I always asked for a credit note which ment I always spent the money on something else in her store. That was until I noticed I was starting to get ignored on the live shows when I was asking for items they would always ignore my comments and others would get the item of clothing. I sent her a message to see if I had done something wrong which was ignored also for a couple of weeks. When the owner finally replied I was called ‘rude’ for daring to return an item that was either huge or looked low quality material without clearing it with her first! Isn’t that my right as a customer to be able to return an item if too big or just unsuitable??? Her final message to me before she BLOCKED me was that her ‘Silence had been intentional!’ By returning an item was ‘frustrating and really damaging to her business’ and that ‘it doesn’t work for me and quite frankly is costing you a lot in postage returns’ (how did it affect her what it cost me to be able to return an item?!) I have heard her slagging off customers on her live shows who do not meet her requirements to run her business smoothly and it should of been made clear that I should of messaged her prior to inform her I was making a return in the post. I find her very snooty and I’m afraid she’s the RUDE one! Very unprofessional in my experience and I’d certainly advise anyone not to buy anything from her if that’s how she deals with her customers
