A SCAM 4000 viewed my website with no buyers?

Your On-Line Publicist did everything they said they would do at the price they said--which was reasonable.
I am very pleased with my finished product which already has eight five star reviews on Amazon.

This company harrassed me with phone calls for almost a year and called from several numbers, all of which I had to block. I asked them continually to remove me from their list. I knew they were not legitimate because the first time they called I said my publisher handles everything they were offering. They then tried to tell me they had been in communication with my publisher, which was a flat-out lie. Legitimate companies do not need to spam people like this. I would recommend steering clear.

They made it easy to work through any editorial problems and any corrections I wanted made were done promptly. It was a pleasant experience in every way.

I keep getting these calls quite often. I published my book through another publisher years ago. I wrote the book just as a hobby and I am not interested or want anything to do with republishing. Usually my awesome Google Pixel detects SPAM call, but these guys have mastered that. The company does not seem to be based in India as one reviewer mentioned. Most of the offshore for publishing companies and call centers are in Philippines and these calls I assume are coming from there. I am not going to say bad things about any other country as it is the company's fault and we here in the USA let such companies be set up easily and all kinds of jobs have been offshored by company owners here.. so fault is with the company. I will definitely stay away from this firm.. I was able to hang up in 5 mins and block numbers.

it is RIDICULOUS how many times a day this company calls my personal cell phone number. I have asked MULTIPLE times to STOP the phone calls, but you call me from different numbers so that I cannot block. SO MANY TIMES A DAY. it is harassment. Your relentless calls are enough to make people NEVER want to work with you - EVER. STOP CALLING ME.

Just got lied to by two people about several different things! I was told that a senior member read my book, yet she could not answer a simple question.
I was told that they are in Miami, FL but that failed them as I am very familiar with Miami!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. they call and bug you every single day. They are awful.

Like many other reviewers, I have also received many unsolicited phone calls and offers to represent one of my books. The calls persist even after repeated requests to stop calling. Not only is it downright harassment, it creates great suspicion as to the quality of their services. It's best to hang up on the spot!

They are a nuisance. I get 3 calls in the same day from different people. I've asked to be removed from their list to no avail.

This is a great company to use. They have been with me step by step. Not only is my book getting noticed they also do awesome author web pages. I will continue to do business with them. Thank you YOP, you rock.

YOP is terrible. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling me, have taken every polite step I can think of to get them to stop badgering me, and they continue to call, sometimes 3-5 times in a row, multiple times per day, always from a new number from my area. Even if this company offered best product ever (which they don't) I wouldn't do business with them because of the harassing and disrespectful sales tactics. And to any YOP representative who reads this review: if you can take the time to write a reply that you apologize for such terrible service, you have the time to TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST!!!

They've been calling me endlessly trying to sell themslves, and always on a fake phone number that comes up as a local well known company to get me to answer the phone. Then someone with a very thick accent starts up and cannot even pronounce the name of my books. They offer nothing that would be of any value to anyone. They are just a scam. That's why they use a fake return phone info- as they are a fraudulent company that will take your money and provide you with minuscule to no actual services, which are not at all worth anything. I keep asking them to stop calling, but always there's another all from a different company name that they have NO affiliation with.

I've self-published a few books and had very little success. These scammers keep calling me about publishing them.

They somehow tracked me down to an unlisted personal number and called to pitch their services, which is frankly creepy and not the sign of a legit business. Nonetheless, I took a look at their website. It's full of unprofessional typos and would make any author associated with them look bad. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Working with Your Online Publicist was a joy. My contact person was quick to respond to any questions I had and quick with getting edits done and returned for my approval. Any communication issues were on my side as my phone was sometimes down. I would recommend Your Online Publicist to anyone wanting to publish a book.

I was very skeptical of the intent of YOP and I thought it was a scam. But for some reason, after discussing this
program, it just seem to make sense and I decided to invest in product offered to me.
While the sale of the book was disappointing, nevertheless YOP delivered everything they promised to do. Since then, I have been able to request more copies of my book and I have received nothing but the best of assistance.
