Would have been 5 star, but l had to chase my order up

Hasn’t shipped my order. Hasnt responded to email requests.

Cannot recommend using this supplier.

Products delivered swiftly and were a great price with introductory offer.

My dog loves Symply kibble. It is very easy to order, I can just about lift the 12kg bag and it’s easy to use. The delivery company didn’t deliver the last order, but the Symply company sorted it out very quickly indeed.

Great service, when an item I'd ordered wasnt available in the initial quantity, they called to ask if another similar product was suitable and it was. Much better than simply not receiving part of an order which has occurred with other companies.
Also great to see the box was packed out with other recyclable boxes and not plastic.

I placed an order on the 20th November & received shipment confirmation on the 23rd. On the 30th, I chased the delivery. I was told there was an error and it would be delivered on the 2nd. It’s now the 4th & it’s still not arrived!!
Really poor service. I appreciate things go wrong but why confirm a new delivery date if you can’t fulfil it!

Quick delivery. Always much cheaper than in my local pet store. I’d definitely recommend.

They were very nice people when I contacted them, but unfortunately this purchase was not used by me as my beautiful dog was put to sleep on the day the item was delivered.

Arrived promptly and well packaged a few quid cheaper than the pet shop. Will buy again if if can get it cheaper as its quite expensive dog food.
