As I said in my last email, I have accepted you are NOT going to refund me. At this stage i feel powerless, I have returned the products in good faith, provided you with proof of shipping, to which you say you did not receive. So as I said above, I accept you are not going to refund me.
I have wasted alot of time plus the extra expense of shipping which I had never intended doing until YOU replied to my review, sounding very emphathetic, asking me to “please contact our customer service, they will help with the refund”. And as they say the rest is history.
I feel Trust Pilot should make customers aware of all customer experience, good and not so good. My review, as I have experienced is, Accept if you are not happy with your purchase, which sadly was making our little doggie sick, you may not get your refund regardless of what their advertising states. This has been my honest experience .
But maybe if package ever turns up you might review my case again.

I was delighted when you said I was entitled to a refund and it was just a matter of getting in touch with customer service, which I did.

I returned, as requested by you, all product to the stated address, some weeks ago. I heard nothing. I chased up with another email. Getting a bit of round around now. And then today I receive a email asking for feed back on how they did resolving my problem…
I returned your product in good faith at my expense, provided you with photographic proof of shipper, that you would honour your statement “GUARANTEED MONEY BACK WITHIN 90 days” . Customers need to be made aware that this is most certainly not the case.
Most disappointing the whole experience.
I guess buyer beware.

A spoke to a person on the phone who was vary mannerly and professional. Milo is 11 years old and a little rescue terrier who is now living his best life.He came to us from Dogs Trust in a little bit if a state when he was 7 and never been walked. His coat is getting softer and he loves Canine Prime

My border terrier is 10 and can be fussy sometimes. Her energy levels were also quite low so I tried Canine Prime and she absolutely loves it on her dinner at night.
Plus her energy levels have improved a lot! She bounds along on a fast run every walk now instead of me having to encourage her to even come on a walk. Highly recommend.

My 2 cats are fiv+ve. I gave this to my 4 previous rescued cats that lived long healthy lives. These two cats are benefitting from the 40 selected ingredients in Feline 40 and I firmly believe it is genuinely helping. No symptoms from the fiv. Terrible company to deal with , I was persuaded to purchase 3 pots of Feline 40 as there was a 90day money back guarantee, my cat refused any food with it on , so I thought that's not a problem I'll return it for a refund, well within the 90 day refund period.
That's when the problems started they provide you with an address that doesn't accept parcels, surprise surprise so my 3 pots of Feline 40 have now been sat in a sorting office for nearly a month!!
This company refuses to do anything about it even though royal mail says they will have left them a card to arrange redelivery or collection, but I don't suppose they want to do that because they'd have to refund me !!

My dogs have been on Canine Prime for three weeks now, and I can see some subtle improvements in both coat quality and energy levels. However I do find myself a little confused. I had hoped that this product could be used to replace some of the supplements I was already using, yet now I am receiving marketing emails from your company for additional supplements. At this rate, I will be spendinv mire on supplements than on their quality food!! Another concern I have is that the powder is very fine and sticks to both the scoop and my fingres, causing wastage. This may explain why the first tub did not last as long as it should have, despite the fact that my dogs started on a lower dose.

Has made no difference what so ever expensive and a total waste of money

I was apprehensive at first, as my 5 month Husky Cross has intermittantly always suffered with loose stools, despite trying many varieties of food. Since adding 'Canine Prime' with cooked chicken thighs & mixer to her diet, she has a better coat & no loose stools. Great Result, Thanks. x

This has really transformed my two springer spaniels , Casper who is 9 this year has a new lease of life since starting this product two years ago , so has Guiness our other springer who is 6 years old this yr he never stops , even tho he has really bad arthritis they both still run about like two puppies , I would really recommend you use this on your dog , I promise you , you will notice the difference right away .

The Canine Prime powder helps my 11 year old golden retriever with mobility, digestion and general good health and vitality. He bounces up and down to get at his food and can still jump into the back of my car. I’ll keep buying but tend to use special offers to order. Well worth it though!

We have two dogs on it, the youngest is not scratching as much and the poo is better

My two dogs are adopted , they were 7 and 8 yrs old, now 13 and 14, I have been giving them prime for quite awhile now and I’m sure it has been good for them, although Snowy is blind and almost 15 he’s a sturdy little dog Buddy is nearly14 he also has cataracts coming but is full of character and still loves his toys and.a game, their appetite is brilliant,

My six years old wee dog loves this sprinkled over her wet and dry bowl of food. It is difficult to know what benefit it is for her but her coat seems to be a bit glossier , her stools are firmer and she does seem to be a bit livelier. It is expensive but I'm going to continue with it as she loves it,

My 2 shih tzus (11 and 8) are on Canine Prime. I noticed the difference after about 3 months. I chose the product partly because my eldest was showing signs of a possible cataract (in 2023 which is when he started on Canine Prime) and I also liked the overall content in terms of promoting good health. He has since been given a clean bill of health by the vet and has clear eyes and he is also on Flexi Protect to help with some stiffness in joints and it works. I had previously tried another well known joint supplement and did not notice any difference. My boys seem to be happy and playful. It's not cheap but I can see the results. In terms of Your Pet Nutrition as a company I have been very happy with their service and tend to place my orders by phone rather than on the website as I find the website doesn't always offer the best option for me

I have seen a little improvement already with our dogs walking and energy although he isn't to keen on the flavour but hopefully he will get use to it, it am only putting a small amount on his wet food and giving it a good mixing but he knows it's in there so I put it in our other dogs food and he eats hers so you have to be as crafty as they are.😊

Jess loves the taste of this supplement on her meals. She is 10 now and her slowing up seems to have stopped and she's more her happy self.
