I put a request into Your pro for a plumber late on Thursday evening, within 20 minutes Jason from All Water Plumbing responded and scheduled the appointment for 9am on Monday morning. Jason had to re install the dishwasher that had been installed 8 months prior. He was extremely efficient and tidy, he had all the tools and parts he needed. He communicated with me throughout the process so I could understand what the issues were, he was friendly and polite. Due to his diligence, our Business now have a permanent reliable plumbing service that we will most definitely use in future.

Dean provided great service yet again within a couple of hours of ringing him, to install a new dishwasher. He answered immediately, then rang back to say he could come earlier. He and his offsider Matt, have high professional standards, are veryefficient and friendly. On a previous occasion while fixing a valve and replacing the leaking washing machine taps, they ran all over the apartment complex finding the hidden pipe switches in a large communal garage. They had all the appropriate gear with them, and nothing was too big a trouble. They are my go-to plumbers in Melbourne!

Dean was helpful over the phone late afternoon, analyzing and advising and providing recommendation regarding sewer blockage. Attended next day and informed as to costs prior to commencing work. Very pleased with service.

Dean was very thorough and explained every step of his process to me as he was doing it. I understood everything and also have an action plan for what to do next (requires other trades so his work is done). I believe the pricing was also very reasonable considering the time spent and the investigation required, and the issue being resolved. I will be recommending Dean to anyone who needs a plumber from now on!

So it was my first time working with a plumber and I was extremely stressed out. I called every place but this was the only one who called back and actually came to the site asap. I wasn’t sure who helped me (didn’t catch the name) but he was very friendly and I didn’t expect such a quick response too (which was extremely helpful)! He was on time and the arrangement was such a smooth process. Would definitely call here again if I needed any other help.

Definitely an emergency and Dean was ace at explaining what may need to be done then what was done and fixed everything up in a jiffy.
