I will never ever order from here again. Back in 2021 I purchased boots from here for €60 and the heel broke off the first day I wore them. I promised myself I would never buy anything from Yours again but unfortunately, I did not keep this promise.
Fast forward to now, I have just received a delivery of a dress I ordered. The sizing is off even though it’s the size I buy at every other retailer. The material is also very cheap, especially considering the astronomical prices, I might aswell shop with Shein - same quality for a quarter of the price + free delivery and returns!!. I had to pay €6 for delivery and now that I’m trying to return it, I am being told I must cover the cost of the return.
On their website it says that online order returns are ‘Free for up to 6 items’ (which I double checked before purchasing as I would never knowingly buy from a retailer that makes me pay for returns) yet I am being told ‘You must return your items at your own cost.’ This is clearly false advertising.
I think this is very poor form and frankly embarrassing considering most of Yours clothings competition offer both free delivery and returns in this day and age.If you are charging these crazy prices for average/below average quality clothes and €6 delivery, surely you can at least do free returns.
Another thing, I find it very strange that even though they are a plus size brand, all the models on their website appear to be a size UK 16. Surely, a wider, more diverse range of models could be used to represent their clientele?
I would reccomend shopping with another retailer online if you want to avoid paying extortionate prices and fees for below par quality items and service.

Clothes too expensive
Clothes expensive will not buy again from them there return policy need to change, when you want to return your item you will not get your exchange straight away You will have to buy another one and wait for few days for your money to be return to you so I think it needs change.

Very dishonest company
I placed an order on 13th of September the order never arrived due to an issue with yours clothing courier service I put in a request for a refund and they said it was issued it has never been issued I have not received it and no one will answer any of my customer queries

I am waiting 3 weeks now for a refund from Yours Clothing! I have emailed several times. They received the items I returned yet totally ignore me when I ask why I have not received my refund. The clothes are quite good overall, delivery can be hit & miss but refunds are a nightmare, customer service needs a serious reshuffle.

It took ages to get a top I ordered which was awful anyway when it came. Sent it back and I got an email eventually to say I'd be refunded. Over 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on a refund. It's impossible to get any customer care. At my wits end.
