To all contractors considering utilizing this firm for lead acquisition, I implore you to proceed with caution. My interactions with both Directors at Total Quotes have been markedly frustrating, amounting to the most challenging experience I've had as an independent installer.
In February, I made the decision to downsize my business and concurrently put my account and leads on hold. Unexpectedly and without any prior notification, my account was reactivated. It's important to note that no leads were converted, nor were they even accessed or viewed in the portal. This fact should have been transparently apparent to the system operators. Consequently, it was extremely disheartening to be charged over $3000 for leads that remained unviewed.
I attempted to resolve this issue on multiple occasions, expressing my willingness to continue using their services should the situation be rectified. However, my requests were met with an absence of cooperation.
In light of these experiences, I cannot endorse this company. I urge anyone considering their services to exercise caution when providing credit card details to their system, as unauthorized charges may occur.

To any customers considering having solar installed or otherwise doing business with Tyler Duncan from Regenerate Electrical I absolutely implore you to proceed with EXTREME caution.
Not only has he run up a massive lead generation bill that remains unpaid to this day (debt collection activities are underway) - he is extremely frustrating to deal with, and has unfortunately proven himself to be the most difficult solar company we've dealt with from the 700+ solar companies we have successfully supplied leads to on an ongoing basis over the past 10 years.
I absolutely do not endorse Tyler Duncan or Regenerate Electrical, and pray that no other suppliers or sub-contractors have to go through what we have had to experience with this company.
