If only I could give minus stars . One is just too good for this shambolic company. Rude is an understatement, I ordered a supposedly genuine Maytag washing machine foot . It was nothing like the original foot also to small . I’ve contacted your spares with great patience phoned about 8 times left 3 voicemail messages to call me back also left a message with the problem I’ve got . Sent emails too but guess what ? You got it no response at all it’s been 3 weeks now and I think anyone would agree they have had enough tine to make contact. My advice is completely stay away from this company there is zero guarantee they are genuine parts only there word only . When things are wrong they don’t want to know . That speaks volumes. Yes I got the part but that’s it . As to to say it’s genuine I can’t see that but it’s was the wrong size . All I wanted was the correct part but this company don’t care . Very short sighted company, get hold of your money then shut the door ! Disgusting service and I urge anyone who is tempted to buy a replacement part just be careful and check elsewhere because this company doesn’t care one bit .
