Terrible customer service
I've subscribed for years now. On being offered free shipping over £60, I added another product to my subscription. However, the shipping on my order was then doubled and I've been trying to get a refund on this for five months now. I'm also trying to unsubscribe as a result of their awful customer service (I've basically been told that it was my error in not being able to tell the difference between GBP and EUR - it wasn't, I've been told I'd get a refund - I didn't. I've also been ignored since). I've reached out on Facebook, sent so many emails, nothing. Further investigation has shown lots of people haven't received their products months after paying. Avoid like the plague!
