You took £43. 76 from my daughters account for something she was meant to have bought
My daughter is dissabled and only uses this card for savings and I'm the only person that can use this card
I never noticed the transaction but my bank did and contacted me straight away
Thank god for banks
Can you please tell me why u took this money what it was meant for and what address it was going to

I unfortunately had a misunderstanding…
I unfortunately had a misunderstanding with certain things with the company such as membership fees, and a certain amount was deducted from my account but thanks to Ray who clarified everything for me I finally got satisfied and happy with the information he gave me about the company, it’s operations and it’s policies.
I finally saw and understood what the company is all about
