My first order was perfect, no issues whatsoever & very happy with the product. My second order is yet to be seen, I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers nearly 2 months ago. Unable to even contact anyone to follow up ☹️

My first order was perfect. My second order is yet to be seen, I ordered 3 pair month’s ago they were quick to take my money,still waiting on my boots. I just hope I get them.

placed my order on Cyber Monday to get best price and shape EARLY for Christmas. They took order and charge super high shipping and THEN posted the deliver date at over 6 weeks!!!!! Contacted them and they were willing to charge even more shipping to get to me quicker. No delivery date promised. High priced items - even on sale and even higher delivery charge - I kept after them about the charge for shipping on early order and pushed to get delivery before Christmas. They delivered HALF of the order. The product does look like top quality in the photos and disappoints in person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These boots should be priced at 1/3 what I paid WITH SALE!!!!

If it was possible I would rate this website as a -5. None of the items advertised are custom made as stated on their website.

I purchased several pairs of boots, several pairs of tennis shoes and leggings from You Shop Outlet.

The outcome was a nightmare for several reasons:

1. None of the items are custom made as stated. All of the items are made in bulk. All of the items on this website are being made in China and shipped to the United States not by the admission of the You Shop Outlet.

When I finally received two of my packages they were shipped out of China one package had two pairs of my leggings and the other package had three pairs of the boots I had ordered. Included in that packaging was a sales slip (whoops now I have proof of what the items really cost).

2. The reviews that are left on their website are all five stars which, should have been a red flag.

3. At You Shop Outlet the only way to communicate is through email. They do not list a number nor an address. Therefore, it is very difficult to reach them. (Thank goodness I used PayPal to purchase these items!)

4. It takes several months for the items to arrive.

5. The items I received were made of poor quality from the stitching around the boots, tennis shoes and the leggings to the materials that they used to make the items which, is Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is a plastic made by combining ethylene and vinyl acetate. It’s very soft and elastic and it can be made into a plastic that’s like rubber, yet extremely tough. It’s considered to be a safe alternative to PVC. EVA can also be made into EVA foam, with the use of a plasticizer. It’s the EVA foam that is controversial, rather than EVA.
But, at "You Shop Outlet" they "use the term" that the products are "made from vegan materials".
