I think the scents are great, I've purchased a few of them. However, the bottles are not good, a quarter/third through they start to leak and the spritz stops working. Every spray runs down the bottle and more perfume is wasted. It's a shame because I do enjoy wearing the scents, but i'm now left with half used bottles that i can't spray. Currently looking for another supplier of replicas, as I've got 4 half full bottles of Smel that I can't spray

I ordered the fragrances by the names they were listed as on the Smel website, however when they arrived they were individually numbered and I could not find anywhere on your website that correlates their numbering system with the names of the fragrancies provided. I have no idea which fragrance is which.
Also, the fragrances themselves only last for an hour or possibly 2, by which point they become so weak they need reapplying. I have bought fragrancies from other companies similar to Smel and they last a lot longer.

They claim to be exactly the same as the real thing, if the real thing is toilet cleaner or a care home well they're spot on. Absolutely terrible, straight in the bin

Smel company sent the wrong one - Basic email reply that said sorry for the confusion. A discount or anything would have been nice considering it was their mistake. I would have re-ordered had something been offered. Lovely smell of the Aventis I actually wanted, the citrus smelling one I got as a sample and then ordered but this one gave me a headache almost instantly. As I explained in the email along with showing them screenshots that clearly shows two types of Aventis on their website and which one I chose - I even circled it in Red to help. How "executive" can be confused for "Aventis" is beyond me, considering the executive one doesn't even say Aventis on the label.

Rose" - I emailed back and got no response and then a month later this review opportunity comes. Like they have zero commitment to ensuring their customers are satisfied, any other company would jump to solve the issue. This email is just a complete lie.

Doesn’t last- had nomade from “copy cat” it was fab and lasted all day. Got santal from “smel” and it doesn’t even last an hour 😏. The company changed name and also the products longevity. Wish I came to the reviews before purchasing

I recently purchased Oud Wood from Smel.

The product has virtually no fragrance, no projection, and no longevity whatsoever. After using an excessive number of sprays in an attempt to get it to perform, my overwhelming impression was that it was little more than atomised water.

I also gave it time in case the fragrance simply needed to develop, but it made no difference.

I contacted Smel to complain about the poor quality of the product. Their response was to offer me a 10% discount on a future purchase. I declined, as I have no intention of spending any more money on a product that, in my experience, failed to perform as advertised.

I ordered a aftershave nearly 2 weeks ago and still no delivery. They are blaming Evri which is there fault for using the worst delivery company for 3 years running. I have asked for a refund but they dont want to do that they told me to wait another few days to see of arrivals. Its a joke so please don't waste your money which it seems i have done. We live and learn.

Absolutely shocking, placed my order and didn't have any communication for 2 weeks. Chased up and was told my order was to be shipped in the next couple of days. No order after a week so chased again, was told another order would be sent to be the following week - no order turned up. When asked for a refund I kept being asked if I wanted a replacement order sending rather than listening to my refund request. Finally after 2 months after placing my original order I have confirmation of a refund.

Avoid this company.

I joined the affiliate program of the project and earned $151 in commissions. When the payment was due, they failed to process my commission, and moreover, they even canceled my affiliate link. Their actions are fraudulent and deceptive toward customers

I have used Notes Aromas for some time. When I started seeing providers of similar services on my Facebook feed, I signed up to the smel newsletter.

On August 14th, I received a 40% off code. It was SMEL40. I tried to order their lost cherry dupe, but the code wasn’t recognised. When I raised it with their ‘customer support’, I was either met with a bot, or a person that couldn’t grasp English. Their response was ‘Only applies to certain fragrances’. I replied to show me where on the marketing material it stated that, because it didn’t. Guess what? No reply.

Thanks Smel. Your service is rubbish. I’ll stick with my current provider.

Parcel never sent and reluctant to give a refund. Every email is replied to by AI being overly apologetic but not addressing the issue. Time spent trying to sort out this order could have paid for the real thing. Still no refund or parcel 4 weeks after order.

Still waiting delivery from Evri and have requested a refund but to no avail, I will be looking for another supplier.

I used to always buy my dupes from this company when they were called Copycat. They have now changed to 'Smel'. Smel?
The name is truly off putting and the labels are horribly gordy. The scent doesn't last as long either. I used to love Senorita. I'm so disappointed.

Horrible service! Why would you use a courier such as Evri if you want your business to build a good, reliable reputation? Delivery Has been delayed will arrived later than expected. and this is based on me paying extra money for a next day delivery. I’ll be sending the full parcel back to you.
