I ordered an item from them for a Christmas gift and an incorrect item was delivered. I reached out to start a return and get a corrected item and I was advised that a corrected item was not possible and they would only offer me a 20% refund. Do not recommend this company at all!
Would never give money to this company again.
Exactly like the other stories here, same happened to me. They can make a mistake but they have to give a refund for the money we paid and did not see anything back for. Instead of giving customer service, they just ignored all my emails and requests, even though I was extremely polite.
Next to that the webinars they show are of extremely low quality and just a waste of time. Same as with the quizzes. They say the quiz takes from 3pm to 4pm. They start at 3 with explanation and videos promoting their company, making everyone wait until 4pm to even start the quiz.
Very disrespectful of participants time.

A Huge Scam, Stay Away. 2022 South Korea Youtex was what I signed up for. So we all paid, I paid $11 after International Global Network (The apparent parent company) stated that all the links for the webinars are sent privately. So I attended all the webinars even with the messy time differences. On the day of the quiz the system froze twice at question 1. Eventually they decided to reschedule the whole thing but only informing people via email with a new link 20min ahead of the quiz. For an International organisation there is absolutely no professionalism for various time zones, yet they pride themselves with having participants of various countries and Continents.
Furthermore there where nearly 2 thousand more people who joined for the quiz then there was for any of the webinars.
The link of the webinars are sent to your Email supposed secure and only participants can join, but in reality they are just posted on youtube live with the comment setting restricted to those who joined via invitation link, this meaning anyone who does pay can just stream the whole thing on youtube, wait for Youtex to send the link via the live youtube and join to win without even paying a cent.
The youtube page for Youtex south korea and others is called International Global Network, a huge scam.
