Youtooz is so insanely goated I love youtooz so much they go far beyond just collectibles I mean they have stuff from your favorite shows to your favorite youtubers in general about 85% of the time maybe a little lower you can find something you will love on Youtooz and there support center is a tier love this company from the bottom of my heart and stay hard or some shi idk

Had issues with the shipping address, and the customer service was extremely helpful.

I ordered something and shortly after I mailed the support about a change I needed for my order they helped with it. And the E-Mail felt personal and warm,
I really appreciate it. Also they make cool products!

I had a question for customer service and they got back to me asap and were extremely kind to me!! Definitely will be getting more Youtooz in the future!!

While not the fastest to answer, they were more than happy to deal with the many issues that arose with my order, both with multiple address changes and it struggling to leave their warehouses - probably due to the aforementioned address issues :')

They were helpful and efficient every step of the way, 10/10

I have just sent my 3rd/4th email to youtooz to once again chase up an order made on November 21st..
These are not pre order items, five items ordered - of the five - only one arrived of its own accord, the rest had to be chased up - we are still now missing one item - 4.5mths on!!! How many emails are needed to chase up a near five month old order? How many times have I hear ‘oh sorry about that, your order didn’t get sent, we’ll send it now’ I’ve purchased items from all over the world with no issue, I can categorically say youtooz has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! An absolute disaster, never ever again! If I hear any request for anything from these cowboys again, the answer is no!

I didn’t realize an item I had ordered wouldn’t ship until September & I wouldn’t be living in that place anymore. I contacted them about getting my shipping address changed & they replied & got everything situated within a day. They do let you know it could take a couple days for a response but I received help quickly! That’s not been my experience with a lot of companies so happy to be purchasing from someone who has good customer service. Can’t wait to get my Shoyru plushie ☺️

I mistakenly confirmed my purchase with an incorrect shipping address, and after reaching out to update my order to a new address, I was helped within 24 hours of the original purchase and resolved all the issues I had!

I placed a pre-order and shortly after decided to make a life change and move to a new address. Sent an email to get the shipping address changed and in less than 12 hours they got the address updated, asked if it all looked good, and responded again to thank me for using their service.

While i had some issues and i was a bit hard waiting for days for a response there actions to fix the problem and help when an order arrived broken means i won't be stressing in the future (yah this is a real person and not one of those fake reviews)

I went to make a purchase with After Pay and accidentally made a card for way more $$ than what my item was. Luckily I was able to email the Youtooz team and they immediately canceled my purchase at my request and followed up within 15 minutes of my email.

I ordered Summer Loona back in July 2025. By December 2025 it was shipped to me and never thought of it. I could track and trace it, as it was on it´s way to me. But once in February I discovered it was sent back to Youtooz. Apperantly Denmark handed the posting to a 3rd party around January 2026, and they were late on notifications. I wrote to Youtooz support. And I feared I was going to lose my money, pay for imports again or never hear from them. I wouldn´t guess to my surprise they shipped a new figure by the end of February 2026. No added shipping cost no added import taxes. WAUW!!!
It´s the second time I bought from them. Have a 3rd figurine from them bought at Amazon. I´m going to buy from now on DIRECTLY!!! from them.
