I ordered an animator vinyl figure and it unfortunately arrived broken. The packaging for both shipping and the actual product were in good shape and showed no damage so it looked like an unfortunate situation prior to packaging.
However the support system of Youtooz was amazing! I was expecting only a refund since it was a limited run of figures but they pulled a surprise and are sending an actual replacement!
The process was very quick, professional and made an unfortunate situation much better!
Highly recommend.

I ordered 2 of the Dungeon Soup Barbarians. The cardboard box they arrived in was pristine, but both of the figurines were broke. The foot standing on Medusa's head was detached on both figurines. I've emailed the company and I'll update this review as things progress.

The company has reached out to me in less than their 3-5 day policy, so I've updated my experience by +1 star. I've sent them the photo they have requested. I'll update again later.
** Update #2 **
Company sent me 2 replacements for the 2 that were broke and I was allowed to keep the broken figurines. After another 30 days, the replacements arrived. 1 of them was fine, the 2nd one was broken in the same spot the first 2 were broken. I'll give them another +1 for trying to make things right, but they really need to work on their quality control.

awful customer service, item arrived damaged so i emailed customer service who asked for images next to my order number, to which which i sent, then got the exact same response a week later. i think they just try to fob you off until you go away. $40 down the hole, will never order anything from these scammers ever again.

Compete waste of time and money. My package never showed up and refunds are impossible and its been almost 6 months. My tracking number disappears minutes after getting a new one, so my order isn’t even locatable. There’s $40 just gone forever. I hate this site so much. You take a serious risk buying from this scam site. I just want my money back.

Zero communication for a failed delivery.
Ordered a Dungeon Soup item on preorder, got the despatch notification then an out for delivery one a while later. Never arrived and courier confirmed that the delivery was returned to the sender.
Made 2 attempts to email customer services and both were ignored despite waiting for the 5 day response time with each attempt. I even forwarded them the courier’s confirmation, still no reply.
So, seems if anything goes wrong then you’re irrelevant and on your own!
Would recommend avoiding these guys as little worse than simply ignoring customers who engaged in good faith.

I ordered the Other Mother from Coraline for my BFF's birthday and I expected it to get here in a month, as It said October 1st-October 31st. I think it was a pre-order item, but nowhere on the order page did it say that. I never got a tracking email, so in December I finally emailed them to either give me an update or a refund. They sent me the tracking email an hour later, claiming there was an update in their system and the emails didn't get sent out. I still didn't get my order until January. I ordered at the end of September. This was supposed to be my best friends birthday gift in october and it didn't come until January.
It should've been clearer it was a pre-order.
or if it wasn't a pre-order, then the shipping time was absolutely insane.

I had shipping issues due to awkwardness of my location which isn't Youtooz's fault and the shipper started sending my products back. I contacted Youtooz support and they got back to me quickly and worked with me and sent me new products at no charge. I will continue to order plushies from them forever because of their support. Thank you YouTooz!
Also the plushies are amazing quality and large sizes ☺️

I have no problems with the company or its products, they're fantastic. High quality products, great customer service. The shipping, however, is a problem. They're a Canadian company charging American dollars for their products—fair enough, many do. So, on top of the price of their product, I'm already paying an exchange rate plus a shipping rate. All of their products ship directly from China. Again, not a big deal, many do. And when they ship through Canada Post, I don't typically get charged customs fees. However, in October through December, they shipped using a different company, ostensibly to avoid challenges with Canada Post delivery, however I didn't have any issues receiving anything else via Canada Post, including parcels. The company they used held products hostage at customs under threat that they'd be sent back to the company unless a $17.33 CAD fee was paid on top of the GST (I have no issues paying GST). So with both products I received, I had to pay half as much again as the cost of the product for administration fees which I didn't have to pay for a late-September shipment that arrived via Canada Post. Because of the exhorbitant shipping fees, I will no longer be purchasing from Youtooz, which is a shame because I love their products.

Most companies make a product and then sell it to you, Clearly their biz model is getting enough people to pay them for a full run of the product AND cover their profit BEFORE they will manufacture anything. This means that whatever their timing estimate, it will change if they don’t get the full run ordered when they hoped. So an order that was already scheduled to take up to two months has now been pushed back to 3.5 months… and that’s still just an estimate. Long ast the birthday I planned 2 months ahead of for this requested gift. This is ridiculous. Also the company never communicated the delay to me — I had to run Dow the info, although they’re happy to send me endless marketing emails while not responding to emails about my order. In their response below they indicate they “reached out to Trustpilot to help” but I have heard nothing from them.

Extremely slow company,how the hell does one plushie take half a year to arrive? And at a price of nearly 50$ i hope the plushie comes with a personal signature of the voice actor because this cannot be real..Yes the plushies are cute but the quality isn't heavenly and theyre extremely overpriced for what they are..What a shame .. For that price i'd atleast hope for an arrival thats done in ~2-3 months but NOT HALF A YEAR!!!! fix your arrival arrangement stuff guys

They take your money up front for pre-ordering and do not offer refunds. The product can get delayed 6 months in some cases, and they use an awful company called Uniuni for delivery. Neither Youtooz or Uniuni have any sense of responsibility. The only customer service available takes multiple days just to get an unhelpful automated response. Don't give them your money.
