I ordered a plush early September a month goes by and I ask for an update. 3 days later I'm told it's out of stock and I have to wait till some time in December. I'm sorry but if your paying £40 for a plush, plus delivery and told you have to wait 3 months to receive it. That is ridiculous. Would rather buy a knock off because at least they are some how more transparent.

I ordered a Miku-Garfield plushie in like February, something happened with the shipping address (I don’t know if it was USPS or me, my theory is USPS) and the doll was lost. However the people at Youtooz were nothing short of amazing, they helped me throughout the whole process and they were so nice and understanding. Long story short I now have my Miku doll and didn’t have to go through a lot of trouble because of their amazing costumer support. Definitely will be ordering again! Thank you guys ❤️

I had ordered a plushie back in February and hadn’t received it by August. I emailed support and they were very friendly and helpful. The plushie arrived a few weeks later and I couldn’t be happier! Customer service is their strong suit.

So I made a purchase for the new Oli Sykes plush and I wrote down the wrong address and contacted the support team to try changing it to a different address. With ZERO hesitation I was helped and with the literal sweetest human interaction I’ve ever received. Everyone who is a part of the support teams deserves their flowers!

I pre-ordered two different plushies back in November of 2024. I knew that pre-order would take a while, and I trusted Youtooz to fulfill my order so I left it in the back of my mind for a while.
Fast forward to early September of this year, 2025. I still haven't received either and have zero word about the status of either! Reaching out to the Youtooz customer support team, they learned that one of my packages got lost in the facility and the other was marked as delivered by the delivery company. The kind person helped me to reorder my lost package (at no cost to me) and directed me to the delivery company so I could get info from them. Additionally, the Youtooz person also asked me to keep them updated on what I heard from the delivery company - and that really showed to me that they genuinely cared that my issues got resolved.
Contacting the delivery company overall went poorly. They did not really get back to me and essentially ghosted me.
I reached back out to Youtooz and seriously I've never had better customer service. The person (I'm not sure if it was the same person as before or not) was super helpful, thanked me for my clarification, and resent me my second plushie no ifs-ands'- or buts' about it!
The person (or people) from Youtooz seriously made me feel seen as a customer; cared about as a customer with an issue; and, most importantly of all to me, they felt like a real person on the others idea of the email chain.
