Dan came round exactly on time, fitted our new front door. Cracking job, we love the new door, he even vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended

Had an issue with double glazed roof lantern, Dan turned up when he said he would, diagnosed issue straight away and carried out full repair. so pleased as we was thinking the worse case scenario! couldnt recommmend enough as its hard to find proper tradesmen. thanks again

Called Dan at Yoxall windows who came out promptly, he required a part to repair the leaky window, he returned and fixed the problem and we have had no issues since, good service like this is very hard to find these days - we highly recommend these guys

We have used Dan at Yoxall Windows for all of our windows, facias, soffits, guttering ,front and rear door and this week he has fitted a garage door.
His work is of an excellent quality, always cleans up after the installs and prompt from quote to install. I would recommend Dan of Yoxall Windows.

Where do I start, I can’t praise Dan enough. He is polite and friendly. He has done every window and door in our house over the last few years. His work is great and he never leaves any mess. When my patio door smashed he arrived in 20 minutes and fitted a new one in just a few days. The garage doors he has just installed for us are fantastic. I would highly recommend using Yoxall Windows.

(Sorry to say this, and Dans a nice guy but not a very good experince), tried a local firm "Yoxall windows", thought being local and keeping the money in this area, but what a mistake? when you have paid your money you are on your own? No Guarantee and no follow ups, its just hard work, take your trade to someone else.

What an excellent service from Dan, will definitely recommend Yoxall Windows.
When I first contact Yoxall windows they soon replied and arrived at my home on time to look at my Patio door which I needed replacing with PVC French Doors.
Dan took the initial measurements, to finalise a quote which arrived within 3 days, Could not believe the price compared with other quotes.
I accepted the quote and Dan called and double checked the measurements before placing the order.
Today he removed the old Patio Doors and replaced with French Doors, the quality of the French doors where excellent, in fact the same as supplied to larger companies.
Dan was quick and efficient and avoid any mess, cleaning up all the time.
Cannot question his quality of work, It was nice to have a person who dealt with my additional query, also carried out all the work himself to a very high standard,
Would highly recommend Dan

Did a nice job replacing a bay window and 2 x upstairs windows on our terraced house in Rugeley

Only problem was obtaining a FENSA certificate. They said it would be available within a few weeks, but over a year later, nothing. Ignored messages and calls

Shame really, as they'd have got 5 stars from us for their work

I'm not normally in the habit of writing reviews but after my experience of using Yoxall Windows and Plastics, I felt compelled to do so. I had the pleasure of meeting Dan from Yoxall windows who gave an outstanding quote. Dan subsequently carried out the work when agreed, arriving on time and working extremely efficiently to complete the job. I cannot fault any aspect of the work and I will 100% be recommending Yoxall windows and plastics to anyone I know. From start to finish they were meticulous with the job, professional, punctual, courteous and extremely tidy! A pleasure to deal with!

I had a flat roof completely replaced all look at until it rained now it leaks and Dan will not reply to any messages, phone calls or email. No after sales service at all. Shocking customer service.

Dan and his team installed all the windows on our property and I have to say they were fantastic from start to finish.
Very professional, polite and most importantly tidy !!
Also great after sale service as we had a slight issue with one of the doors but it was dealt with straight away .

One star is too much credit if I could put 0 stars I would. Best to avoid this company at all costs. Awful customer service from start to finish. Lots of empty promises from Dan and Gaz but never followed through said they would come out but never tured up on numberous occasions. We had windows fitted on a new build and had nothing but problems from beginning to end, terrible cominication through out. The windows on the rear sun room/kitchen that were fitted are badly scratched and Dan has been ignoring our calls and messages. Terrible experience all round, best to avoid.

After Dan fitted windows throughout our property we had problems: Some seals gone, some fittings not working properly, lack of insulation.
Dan keeps saying he'll sort out issues but never does.
He will not honour warranty.
Shameful. Awful.

Dan and colleagues all seemed really nice and I was happy to choose them for our windows .
What a mistake that was !The windows have not been sealed properly ( we’ve had a professional come and look at them ) we have had damp, the seals are now going black and our guarantee has never been sent out. We paid cash for the windows and they were quick enough to take the money but 5 months down the line Nothing been done, Dan ignores most of my messages and phone calls and if he does reply he does follow through to actually sort the problem out . This all started not even a month after we had them done.
We are now going to Fensa to get the problem sorted once and for all .

After going to Fensa we found out we would have to pay £1500 to get the windows inspected, so we decided to get another professional window company out who checked out that the window and we found out they had not sealed under the window sills outside at all! And they had not sealed them on the inside between the brick and the window to prevent any moisture getting through . No damp was every in the house before the windows were fitted by yoxell windows and the previous windows were extremely old.
They also never repeatedly told us anything as they never answered or replied to any messages or phone calls we made !
