Achterhalen van een kopie nota waardoor ik een bedrag van bijna € 100 in mindering kan brengen bij de ANWB

Jullie hebben mij ontzettend geholpen om een kopie nota te geven (ik was mijn eigen kwijt geraakt) van een bij jullie gekochte accu in april 2026. Op vrijdag 7 augustus had ik een lege accu. De wegenwacht van de ANWB heeft een nieuwe accu erin gezet maar ik heb de kapotte accu niet terug gekregen. Na overleg met de ANWB heb ik de situatie uitgelegd dat de oude accu nog geen jaar oud was en er nog garantie op de accu zet. Maar de kapotte accu was niet meer in het bezit van de ANWB. Op verzoek van de ANWB heb ik de kopie nota gemaild en daardoor mag ik een bedrag van bijna € 100 in mindering brengen. Nogmaals een heel erg bedankt voor jullie service.
