We are another customer of Yr Pod Ltd who has paid a large deposit to Dan Pleszko and he is now going into liquidation and there is no sign of our money.

Shameful that he has taken money from families and businesses.

DO NOT TRUST. He has already set up another business Yr Home Ltd, please AVOID. Please get in touch if you have had a similar experience with Dan Pleszko or Yr Pod Ltd.

The proposed liquidation of Yr Pod Ltd is being handled by Insolve Plus, if you have not been listed as a creditor by Dan Pleszko, please get in touch with them. Dan Pleszko needs to be investigated fully.

Yr Pod

So very disappointed and upset by this company. I so wanted to be able to be positive about the end product.
Unfortunately, this is not the case.
The background:
Around this time last year they finished our garden room, yes we had delays who didn’t - covid/brexit. We were quoted 10 weeks start to finish, it was more like 5 ish months!
The communication during the process was shocking in itself, Jules basically told me to shut up times are tough.
I lost count the number of times they let us down or just didn’t return calls/emails.
Dan said that everything was under guarantee.
Fast forward to now! I have counted 7 emails with no responses, I can’t comment the amount of calls that we have both made where they have ignored and not returned our calls.
The decking that was put together was with faulty screws, they have rusted and in some cases sheered off. They have been round, looked at it said they will get it fixed though all this chasing is getting us nowhere.
To say we are at our wits end is an understatement.
To think, had they come and fixed the decking like they said they would, I would not be shouting negatively about them.
Here’s hoping a solution is made and they are able to redeem themselves.

It seems that we could be counted as “the lucky ones”. After this post in August and my husbands negative review. He did get in contact and fix our issues.
He asked us to take down our posts, not on your nelly mate. People need to know what/who they are dealing with.

Similar to the other review. Bought two pods from Dan Pleszko (now trading as Yr Home). Severe delays and when product turned up was completely substandard. Dan came and agreed to completely reclad the outside, re do the roof and all the internals starting on 10 Oct 22. Received a text from Dan on the 9th saying " Hi David, sorry for the short notice but Kris my Bulgarian has a few family issues and he won’t be able to come up tomorrow. I am trying to sort something else out but won’t be able to do it today. Will get back to you tomorrow. Sorry." After that he went quiet. Later learned that he'd appointed an unlicenced insolvency practitioner and already started a new limited company, Yr Home. Now left with two completely useless pods at Marbury Camp and Lodge. Worked really hard to make it work with Dan but he's just left a great steaming t**d of a mess. Will be interested to see if his partner who works in a London Law firm will defend the claim. Would love to know what he's done with all the money. Please feel free to contact me if you have a similar case.

Please be Warned!!! Dan Pleszko at yr pod left us with an unfinished pod and took a very large deposit for the second knowing his company Yr Pod was in financial trouble and has disappeared after declaring bankruptcy. After visiting his bishop stortford workshop and speaking with his staff we discovered Dan Pleszko has not paid them for months and the liquidators have taken his assets! He is now under investigation. There are many other devastated pod customers who have handed over 50% deposits and also elderly people who have invested their life savings to pay for a retirement park home. All their money has gone. On October 8th 2022 Dan Pleszko started a new company called Yr Home in order to escape from the debt and money he has stolen from his customers and staff with the aim to start trading again. I implore you not to entertain this company or any under the name of Dan Pleszko!
