Honestly I have had issues with this survey company and I have waited and been very patient with the issue at hand and I would like to get paid for many many surveys I have completed and 100% finished but i didn't receive my funds from this company or platform I would like to be compensated and receive my funds for multiple times I completed surveys but never got my money $0.92 $2.25 $0.27 and many other denominations that was never funded or put into my account I don't even wanna give them a 1 star review

Everytime I try to take one of their surveys, I am directed to a page informing me that “The section you are trying to view is blocked due to a problem with your account.” And advises me to open a ticket. After a few weeks of seeing this, I finally decided to open a ticket as instructed, about two months ago. Today, upon opening a link to the site, I noticed that it was marked as “closed”. There has been no communication with me regarding the issue. I have since submitted a few more tickets, (which are closed/“solved” within a few hours) and decided to spam them with follow ups until I receive some form of response.

This trash company just block my account without giving the actually explanation why , they also turn blind and not answer my ticket. Also most of the time who have blocked account , this is becasue the bad survey provider decided that you lied even answer honest, one decided from them you get blocked , they favor survey provider more than you

this worst survay service website ever.
not because it's bad survay website in qusations only, also they provide them selv to another survay provider website and steel customers from them too.
dont wist your time with this website or serviece ever.
one time they take your data then not give you any survay every, some time they give you survay and when you almost finish they said sorry you not quilfay to this survay...???!!!

They blocked my account for no reason and I have messaged support they have not reply since
Their survey don't pay they will say timeout after answering all the questions

They blocked my account with no explanation. been sending emails talking to someone called Lilly for weeks and she now says my account just does not appear at all. vanished just like that.

they chargeback so many times, they blocked my friend for no reason, they dont respond, they are in my opinion not worth wasting time

I was blocked for no reason. I didn't even join their group but access their surveys thru other survey sites. I also got robbed after completing to the very end of their surveys with errors or aborts, meaning they got what they want while I am left hanging. There shd be a way to block surveys fr this outfit fr other survey sites.

This company is a joke, you'll spend a good amount of time to complete surveys that are provided from them to 3rd party survey panels just to get redirected to a page that either gives "Error 404" or "Session Timeout" after you have FULLY completed and SUBMITED the survey. Meaning that they keep all the percentage of the money they'll get from their clients through your answers. It's not a good look for the survey panels that accept them within their website, needless to say that Ys.Cint probably knows what they're doing quite well. Avoid at all costs!

I was blocked 2 times and also unblocked but now 3rd time is not opening the site.

They block my account without reason and I have contact their support but no answer and close my ticket without answer

Too many times you don't pay for completed surveys and when you contact support, you don't get a response

Maybe this survey site have no money to paid

I completed some of their survey by answering their question consistently. I stored every information about real life habit and identity. Yet few rounds later they blocked my account without any explanation.

Very bad experience with Ms ys.cint.com every time with any app I open the survey they throw out me in middle of survey sometimes I opened and they disqualified me without any reason.
What a cheap site and service

Got wrongfully banned, and customer support shows up like 3 MONTHS later to unban me, first survey that I do disqualifies me at the last question of a 20-minute survey 😂 Yes, by far the worst survey provider ever.

Complete crap. Quality score reduced without any proofed nor proved reason!

This organisation are time stealing parasites. Too many times I have done surveys, gone through what is a time consuming qualification process to then complete a survey which rarely shows that it is under the ys.ciunts umbrella & at the end "session timeout" & not paid. They pay jack & if it was clear at the beginning that it was this toilet paper organisation I would sack them & not waste my time
