Met Yssa geen contact en geen levering

Op bol.com werd leverancer Yssa.nl als betrouwbaar aangegeven. Ik heb in hun eigen webshop gevulde avondmaalcups besteld. Ik ontving een keurige factuur per e-mail. Na een week heb ik een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag wanneer men verwacht het bestelde te versturen. Ik kreeg geen antwoord. Een aantal dagen later heb ik gebeld naar het telefoonnummer op de website. Ik ontving een sms met de melding "ik bel u terug". Aan het einde van de dag een bericht terug gestuurd, met de vraag wanneer men verwacht mij terug te bellen. Geen antwoord ontvangen. Ik ga er maar vanuit dat ik het artikel niet ga ontvangen.
Mijn advies is, om niet te bestellen bij deze christelijk winkel. Contact is niet mogelijk en de artielen worden niet toegezonden.....
