Really enjoyed a test ride on a YT e-bike, so much fun and a great friendly knowledgeable bunch of peops too. Outstanding.

I purchased two bikes and since they were supposed to be available around the time I was going on vacation, I asked the support to move shipping them back a month (to after the Christmas break). No problems - first thumbs up for this!

Right before the bikes were scheduled to be shipped, I noticed one of them was put on sale so I contacted the support asking if they could refund the difference. Two or so days later I got a reply saying they noticed the other bike is now on sale too and they'll refund the difference for both of them.

I really appreciate going above and beyond what I asked for and handling price changes extremely fair.

This was my first group ride with the YT ladies. I was very nervous and apprehensive at the start as I am only 12 years old. However I was immediately made to feel welcomed and their guidance and encouragement was outstanding. Big shout out and massive thanks to all especially Emily and Eme who were awesome. Also special thanks to Adam and his video skills and words of encouragement.

I booked onto a mtb night ride with YT - from the start the comms were exceptional. Even a personal phone call from Natty. The evening had plenty of ride support (if needed) and a really good vibe was had by all. Recommend it.

I've been on 2 night time rides with the YT crew in Surrey, UK, with Exposure lights provided, and although I know the trails quite well, with their guidance and route planning, it's comparable to the excitement of finding the trails for the very first time. Absolutely sick. The knowledge of bikes, riding and the way I feel welcomed as one of the team is the reason I recommend all of my friends to YT and will continue to support wherever possible. Keep up the EPIC work and making us lot stupidly happy!

The worst Warranty Service in my history in Mountain biking.

My name is David Herz from Barcelona, Spain.
In 2023 I chose to buy a YT Decoy, and I deeply regret it. After 2 months without being able to use it due to an error in the Engine (error 050) they sent me a speedometer magnet (2 months of waiting).
Now the telescopic post fails and they ask me to send it to them after having had to act as a mechanic with the instructions they send me to completely disassemble it and verify that it is damaged internally.
I ask them to send me a replacement seatpost because I don't want to be without being able to use my bike for longer and they tell me no.

Send my seatpost and in about 10/15 days if everything goes well I will have it and if they consider it to be my problem they will charge me for all shipping services as well as repair.
And I ask YT. Who pays me for having dismantled the seat post to do its job and the magnet???

I recommend that no one buy a YT if they don't want after-sales problems.
It has never happened with any brand, spezialized, orbea, mondraker etc.

The service from YT is always top notch. Queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and they put in the effort to make you feel like a valued customer. I'm very glad I chose to get my new bike from YT.

During shipment of my new bike there was a significant price drop which has been recognised by YT giving me back the difference. Not usual.

We hired some of the decoy E bikes from YT which were amazing! I got out to the trails and realised the battery in my bike only had two bars left so gave the YT mill a ring, they sent someone out straight away so within 20 minutes I have a completely fresh battery and was back riding. The staff were so friendly and professional and changed what could have been a complete bummer into an excellent day plus all the proceeds from the bike hire goes into funding local trail building! Great day out with the YT Team in Surrey. I demoed a YT Capra 29 which was super stable and plush. But at the same time being quite poppy. Highly recommended ride out.
