Second time I have bought from The Yorkshire Tile Company and I always find them to be very helpful. The website was very easy to use and I found just what I was looking for. When ever I have had to deal with the team they have been very helpful and friendly and the tiles are perfect. Really couldnt be better!

Excellent service from start to finish.
The help with design was really appreciated.
We had tiles for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and hallway floor.
The house looks transformed - so pleased with all of them!

I’ve used Yorkshire Tile Company when doing multiple projects throughout my house renovation. The knowledge of the staff was amazing, as I had no idea what I wanted! They guided and advised so I was able to make the best decisions for my home. They also gave me a list of recommended tilers, we used one from the list and he was fabulous! So grateful for YTC for such a seamless experience in the midst of a stressful renovation!

Paid a lot of money for tiles and got free delivery on the pallet which is fair considering how much we paid but need a few more tiles to finish the job and charged £50 delivery for a few tiles which considering how much we've spent in total is disappointing.
Should have a discount delivery rate for returning customers.

Their reply is a cynical platitude ... it cost me £50 to return a pallet with half a ton of tiles to another supplier, collected on Wednesday and delivered to the supplier on Friday. If they are paying £65 to have a couple of boxes of tiles delivered when they are shifting high volumes then they need to get a new carrier but I don't believe my order costs £65 to deliver. Shame really for the sake of £50 they have lost my custom and hopefully anyone reading this will think twice.

we made a visit to yorkshire tiles doncaster and it was a pleasure to deal with people that know exactly goes best for us, we looked at 6 or 7 tile outlets before getting sound advise and value for money, delivery was spot and and on time, no damage and all items present and correct, even took back my surplus for a full refund, ytc Doncaster, for all your tile needs.

We started dealing with Ivan Crump at Yorkshire tiles a long long time ago and it has always been a pleasure. Ivan has nothing but a reliable resource and has helped us even on the same day requests. We are very confident when dealing with him as he has always helped us in most urgent/necessary situations every time.

We used Yorkshire Tiles Sheffield store for our bathroom renovation, The tile selection is brilliant, the products are all high quality and beautiful. The showroom is fantastic and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend but maybe the car park could do with resurfacing

Sadly I agree with the previous comments around customer service. Bought two sample tiles on-line, and received one broken tile. No apology and told I would have to pay for an additional sample tile if I wanted two full tiles as apparently broken tiles are standard (even though it doesn’t state this on-line). I’m not normally one to write a review but the communication style from Emily was really quiet rude - could do with some lessons in basic customer service!

I had two small projects, a cooker black splash and large fire hearth. I had an idea of what I wanted and contacted YTC. Matthew was brilliant from start to finish with advise and the finished areas look great. Plan on a full bathroom refit next and have no hesitation in using YTC again. The quality of the tiles and staff knowledge is second to none.

Good choice of tiles at reasonable prices, Richard and James always helpful and most tiles are kept in stock which always helps. Warehouse staff always deliver when needed.
