Product used to be great. I purchased the lifetime plan a few years ago only to use on onlyfans. After they last updated they put onlyfans downloader in the new pro package. I emailed support and asked why they took away features on a lifetime plan and was just offered a discount to upgrade. I declined.

YT Saver is a great program. I paid for the lifetime plan and they haven't let me down. The software does what they say, it's a great price for what you get. A little glitch on my end and they helped me to get up and running and didn't whine or ask for more money. If you want a way to save videos, I highly recommend this software!!

It's an excellent program. Easy to use and very efficient. The after-sales service is also very good. I needed help and wrote to them, and they responded promptly and solved my problem. 100% recommended.

Skip it. It is a rip off. If you want to use to for OF, a prime membership is needed, so twice the price. False advertising if you ask me!

I purchased the PC Onlyfans Downloader version of YT Saver because it was advertised as allowing downloads from a range of websites. I upgraded the app today to find out I’m placed in the “Standard” Tier.

Support told me I could “upgrade” to Pro to get back what I originally bought, while the standard version now comes with services I never asked for and have no interest in. What company takes away the main feature you paid for, then replaces it with something unrelated, acting as if they are doing you a favour?

This is unacceptable and unheard of. A product should not lose its primary function after purchase, and customers should not be forced to pay again just to regain what they already paid for. I requested a refund which they’ve refused.

Think carefully before handing money to this company - they do not deliver what they sell. I’ve been scammed.

I bought a Lifetime License for YT Saver in for OF. Less than a year later, the company stripped out the main feature (video downloading) and moved it into a new “Pro” tier, then tried to sell me a discounted upgrade. That is not a lifetime license - it’s false advertising.

Current users should know: you may still be able to pursue a chargeback through your bank or PayPal even after 120 days, because misrepresentation and false advertising are grounds that extend beyond the normal timeframe. Future buyers should avoid this company altogether.

I've noticed a lot of fake positive reviews to bury genuine customer experiences. Stay well clear.

I purchased a Lifetime License for YT Saver in October 2023, advertised as “One-time fee. All features for 1 Mac. License valid for Lifetime.” The main reason I bought it was to download Onlyfans videos - but less than two years later, that core functionality has been taken away.

When I emailed their contact team, they admitted features had been moved into a new “Pro” tier and offered to “unregister and upgrade” to pay more money on a discount fee. This completely backtracks on the original one-fee promise and makes their “lifetime” offer meaningless.

Do not trust this company - they change the goal posts, alter their terms and conditions, and find ways to charge again for what was already sold.

They do not honour their original terms, and what they market as a lifetime license quickly becomes worthless.

Super software, reliable and effective, easy to use. Great customer support too, a technical issue was resolved perfectly within hours, no fuss. Recommended without reservation.

Purchased the full version (lifetime) and until the last update all was fine... The latest version however does not download until you pay again/more for the Pro subscription.... I reinstalled the old version and can download again but for how long.. But clearly this company cannot be trusted.

The latest version includes a new subscription level.my downloads never had an issue before now I can´t even download short videos.

I purchased the full version YT Saver for Mac - Lifetime/2-5 Macs and was very happy with it. When purchased it was advertised with full features and free upgrades. Worked perfectly until today.

Now all of a sudden they've changed it to "standard" and locked features away asking for an upgrade, AT FULL PRICE. Scummy.

The customer service is super helpful and responsive.

I have used this software and it is the very best and, when i had to get my laptop re loaded with its software there was a problem getting the YTsaver to lad up etc but, the guys here sorted it all out and sent me an email to make sure all was well, a very reliable and friendly company to do business with for saver software they are the very best........
