These people suck...

These people suck.... Ordered gift dec 15 and as 27 still don't have it. Contacted them and the excuse given didn't agree with the tracking. These people should not be in business. 2nd contact..... More apologies.... More tracking that makes no sense....and most of all ......NO PACKAGE. if you order from these people..... you're a chump .... They want more information.. . Here it is .. contacted them twice. Shipping info. was inaccurate that they gave..... If you look at their shipping expectation, that they put out, and read my review, there should be no doubt, these people are flaky.

Probably a SCAM!

"Order #xxxxxx was placed on December 17, 2024 and is currently Shipped." It's Christmas, a week later and the gift never showed up. I get the feeling that YukonDesignStudio.com is just a huge scam website. I'll give them a few days before I complain to my credit card company to get my money back. You've been warned. Yukon is likely just "Con." I have fraud protection on my credit card, so I'm not worried. But this has not been an upfront reliable purchase.... PS - It still has not "shipped" according to the USPS Tracking.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER !

The absolute worst service ever ! Ordered on Dec. 13 and you seriously couldn’t get my order to me by Christmas. DISGRACEFUL !!! According to the shipping info it sat somewhere for 4 days with no movement. Had to order something from Amazon on Dec. 23rd and it was delivered today Dec. 24th. If they can do it so can you. Will never order from this horrible company again.

I would like to buy 2 dogs online

I would like to buy 2 dogs online, but do not know how to sign up and pay. My son has a dog with floppy ears and I like to buy the statue' as well as the sitting dog with the floppy ears.

Created a shipping label but never shipped. Canned responses to emails reference same “tracking” numbers that show product never received by the transportation company. I wish I would have read other reviews first. What a scam.

Wonderful house warming gift

I received a house warming gift from a close friend. As an animal lover the two dog and long haired girls were simply beautiful to me. I will cherish them forever. The wood and precise carving is incredible and of high quality.
I could not resist ordering one for each of my girls, I know they will love them.
Best gift in the world.

Disappointing!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the sitting dog phone holder. It looks and feels like a cheap product, despite costing me nearly £24 (product plus p&p). If I'd seen it in a store, I would never have bought it.

Terrible customer service, useless tracking

I placed an order on December 6, still haven't received it. Never got a shipping confirmation, either. Made contact with "customer service" and they told me I can track it with a link they sent. Guess what? All the tracking continues to say is "data received." No tracking at all. Additionally, the tracking site is done weird delivery company I have never heard of called Uni. This is my first and last time ordering from the s place to and I will be reversing the charges to my credit card if I do not receive my order by the end of this s week. If you are incapable of handling orders, don't advertise on Instagram. Really unprofessional - I need to find new gifts now.

Not Professional

After receiving our wooden man and dog we thought the description quality and finish is very overstated and unprofessional and well overpriced.
This was bought as a gift but just not suitable.

These are heart-warming works of art

I bought the Man & Kitty and the Woman & Dog as Christmas gifts and I love them so much I’m ordering another for myself! They're beautifully crafted and the wood has a wonderful smell. I’m so glad I found them as they are really heart-warming gifts and I couldn’t find anything like it here in Australia.

Honestly, I had made a mistake, and it was your kind customer service that caught my mishap. I actually had to unwrap some gifts to discover my entire order was there, so in a way it was quite funny. Great products!

Quality control is clearly lacking.

I ordered 3 products, 2 of woman with dog with floppy ears and one of man with dog with floppy ears. I also ordered 3 gift bags. These were all intended as gifts but when they finally arrived there was only one gift bag, not the three l ordered. This prompted me to unwrap the statues themselves, and of the three only one was undamaged. I contacted Yukon and two replacements were sent, but not the bags. These are nice products when they are as they should be, but quality control is clearly lacking, and l still haven't received all the items l paid for.

slow shipping

love the piece i ordered very cute.They should charge a couple more dollars for shipping and use a better shipping company. that's the reason for the one star review. sorry all the Reviews I read are mostly about shipping. love a company that wants to better them selfs

I will never use this company again the…

I will never use this company again the item I ordered was very poor so I wanted to return it for a refund but there was no paperwork so I emailed twice before I got a response then was referred to customer services so I emailed them twice and still no response. As I only have a certain time to return item it is now almost up I feel very let down by this lack of communication.

Replacement item

Our original item arrived damaged, so I contacted Yukon about this. They straight away apologised and offered to send a replacement item. This was received safe and sound and we are delighted with the item, particularly as it is a Christmas present for our granddaughter, which we will be very pleased to give her. The whole item was replaced, despite my saying only the dog was damaged and that was all we wanted. Excellent customer service from Yukon - and an very good product as well!

Excellent personal service Yukon!

I could not praise Yukon customer service more. The courier company lost my order and were not at all helpful. I contacted Yukon and they were so professional and helpful.
They immediately sent me a replacement free of charge via another courier service. I am so grateful and pleased with my order. Thank you Yukon.
