Not great food, really poor service. Cheap and looked clean though

Avoid!!! Avoid !!!!! Avoid !!!!!

Just today ordered a kebab from this restaurant and looks like my wife is going to end up in hospital. Her stomach is really bad. She cannot recover from this bad food. The chicken was very bad quality looks like old chicken but unfortunately we find out later as we got il.
Do never ever use this kebab shop.
I do understand that some people will say that this is very good kebab but we having a very bad experience.

I have purchased many times from Yummies kebabs, over the last few months and they haven’t been too bad apart from the amount and hardly anything in the burgers. However, when I last ordered, on the 24th November, we were very disappointed, the food arrived and literally the state of it with being the boxes all damaged and broke. What was in the burgers were all of out of the burgers and in the tray. Salads missing. Only one small piece of onion and salads were in the Quarter Pounder Cheese Burger. Literally, the meal did not come in an acceptable, condition and was not enjoyable what so ever. The chips was the most disgusting with them tasting like they were not cooked properly, and was hard. There was hardly anything in the burgers and for the price they are it’s disappointing, just to see the roll and meat. I also had a bad stomach for days after eating this food and my mum was also sick. The cheese was actually melted all in the burger and was barely visible.

Was very disappointed and sad as we have been using them for some time and it was alright food. The free gift they promised, we did not receive either. I left a review and they deleted it without apology or trying to resolve this issue that occurred. There’s also no customer service, as when you ring up they don’t pick up. And can’t hear them because it’s loud and don’t pick up which then goes to end of call. Before this meal we had the last order with lettuce, and it tasted burnt and horrible so that’s why this time we left that out but still came in an unacceptable quality.

I’ve tried calling Yummies Kebab and emailing FoodHub to resolve this issue but it seems they aren’t answering phones and emails going round in circles rather than trying to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I won’t be using Yummies Kebab because of this very poor experience. And was hoping to resolve as soon as possible is why I left review as no email etc but deleted it without contacting me.
