STOP SCAMMING Northumbria Helicopters and customers in Scotland and the North of England with stolen images. Another poor victim having to do a chargeback with their bank

Yumping was mediating between me and another adventure vendor. I purchased the adventure a few months back, but due to bad weather conditions and me moving out of the city, the adventure had to be canceled. Yumping returned me the money 20 days after the vendor contacted Yumping about the situation, which is a little long but acceptable due to my bank account closure and the money had to be returned by means other than the original transaction.

We treated our daughters to a horseback excursion through the Sierra de Gredos with Yumping. The landscape was beautiful and safe. The horses were very docile and easy to deal with. The group was pleasant. We will definitely do it again for our next birthday!

we too have fallen victim to their scam and are now having to initiate a chargeback. They falsely claim partnerships, use stolen images and advertise locations across the North of England without permission. Avoid at all costs. An absolute nightmare of an experience — it’s shocking they haven’t been shut down already!

This company is a total scam. I’ve since found out they sell locations they have no agreements with and do not pay the supplier. DO NOT USE!!

This company is a scam. They have been taking people’s money pretending to be working with my family’s company (Northumbria helicopters). They have been listing packages without permission and have stolen our photos in order to scam people into booking flights. This is unacceptable and this company should be shut down. Please do not purchase any packages off of this company.

I am the owner of Northumbria Helicopters based in Newcastle. Yumping list our packages without permission and have stolen our photos so they can scam people into booking flights. Other locations I can 100% confirm are faked (or illegal) are Merseyside, Cumbria, Northumberland, Sunderland, Edinburgh and Glasgow as we are the only licensed Helicopter Tour operator in these areas.

To celebrate our retirement, we booked a pair of tandem paragliding flights in the Lake District in July. We paid £400. We received confirmation, a booking number & instruction to contact the service provider. When I did, I was told to cancel the booking as the service provider did not work with the company - the “experience” we paid for didn’t exist! For 2 weeks, we continued to try to contact the company via the website but we got nothing but a message promising to get back to us within 2 working days. We heard nothing! We believed we had been robbed of £400. Having read the reviews from others, we felt sickened that so many others had had the same experience as ourselves. Like some of the other reviewers, we found that when we posted a very negative review here, they immediately reacted. I received an urgent call and within one afternoon, the money was returned into my account and the company asked me to consider editing my review. We checked the website after our money was returned and discovered they were still advertising the same experience with the same service provider. Along with the service provider, we have managed to get this experience removed and others that the service provider was linked to. So we have a happy ending.
However: there are many who have had our experience and quite a few reviews from service providers saying they have nothing to do with the company & that they have unsuccessfully attempted to get removed from the lists.
We would advise you: if you see an experience you like, DON’T BOOK OR PAY FOR ANYTHING! Contact Yumping & ask for contact info & the name of the service provider. Contact them directly to ensure that what you are about to pay for is a legitimate offer!

Amazing service, very flexible, there are a lot of options. The team around it just incredible, the level of the customer care and support is beyond all expectations. They helped me to organise a wonderful date for my girlfriend. Special thanks to Fernandez and Angela, who helped a lot with searching and aligning details about the best experience options.

Booked jet skiing in Lisbon, yumping claimed that there was dates available to engage in the activity. They’ve taken my money and I’ve been contacted by the actual jetski company whom say they have not partnership with yumping and that they do not operate during off season. I’ve emailed twice to get my refund but I have received no response email. No doubt if I do get an email back I’ll have to wait 3 working days to receive my money back. Customer service is basically non existent. I will no be using yumping ever again and I will be advising others to do the same.

Got myself into serious trouble trying to get my reservation coz I'm awfully clumsy . Anyhow, got to talk with Luis from the support on the hotline of Yumping and I have to say he saved my birthday gift. Thank you :)!

We had a lovely time. My partner had always wanted to ride a horse and she was not disappointed. We were taken care of extremely well with safety first.
We will be going back soon and would recommend it to all riders new or experienced.

The experience was great! The tour guide and the trip were exceptional. Very easy to book with yumping.

I booked a horseriding session in Ronda, Spain, via Yumping and when given the contact phone number after I paid, I called the service provider to confirm the date and location. They then told me they no longer work with Yumping and had not received the money. So I got in touch with Yumping via email asking for a refund. They took a week to get back to me but eventually they did actually refund me. Be cautious when booking via Yumping.
