I’ve tried to cancel my membership for past 7 days. My password which I have written down don’t work. I’ve emailed them as the reset password link don’t work. They told me to pay over 200 US dollars. I’ll be sending it to ombudsman

I want to delete my account, however I have been logged out and whenever I try to login again I must choose a payment method, however I do not want to pay anything as I do not even want an account!

good magazine collection, and i get to read what im interested in

The product has helped us a lot in the digital transformation. In addition, the customer support was very competent and helpful. Had a lot of trouble with ISSUU. Switch to Yumpu was the best decision we could have made.

This company has published online my private content and data from 2017 (including contact info) in a supposed “article”. Am waiting for them to take it down.

Easy to use, excellent final images and publication is already attracting interest

YUMPU.COM is clearly NOT an American Company. It is based in Europe, so as usual they have a bad customer care . Actually are two days I am in chat with someone named , From Vienna , Austria. I asked him for a reimbursement as I am not satisfied with product. YUMPU does not provide any real advantage on indexing PDF and I have problems as for some PDF i upload they make to different copies with different links both available on the web. For google this will be flagged as plagiarism. But no way , I have asked them to cancel and reimburse the money paid for an annual subscription billed the same day of the end of my trial. Mr from Vienna, Austria has contacted me 2 days after week end telling me this :

This is what happens when you make business with a NOT american company. You can't still trust in their service. Ancient world , bad standards , no startup culture . Every time I end a trial and got billed if i dislike a service and request 100% reimbursement I receive a positive feedback from whatever it is the american service / provider I contact. In that case clearly is not possible as the company is in Europe. Bad service and all the day the messages sent via chat appears as " not seen yet". Also the clear idea that no one from customer care is active on trustpilot show the bad profile of this company.

About the issue I can trust in ISSUU , same PDF uploaded , no wrong duplicates and more indexed PDF on google. I will start a reddit POST on that company if they will not reimburse me the 100% and then Linkedin and so on. Just stay away from YUMPU.COM.

The platform and interfase are well designed and easy to use. I just wish to have more control on the published product, including animation elements would be great.

Don’t sign up for Yumpu! They are a Very dishonest company. I used the free subscription couple of times in the past, I haven’t used my account for 2 years and I suddenly got an email that got directly to my spam box from a lawyer that is chasing me to pay a debt for their subscription that I haven’t even used. I feel like I’ve been scammed, this is highly disappointing

Yumpu is really useful, but I don't know how to create my own magazine but not share it with anyone, like only I can see it. So it's sort of a private magazine. I'd suggest Yumpu to give us more clear instructions and tours but keep it short and simple.

The service was easily learnt and manipulated.
